Worst customer service I have ever encountered . They lie , don’t answer the phones and you can’t leave a voicemail. It had been a nightmare dealing with them

These guys are not part of UPS. They are T Force trucking, with other Customers besides UPS. They are a great bunch of workers, with plenty of space and enough trucks to meet LTL needs. Look for a big white sign on Bluegrass Parkway. Google directions are wrong!I am not associated or anything with the company, other than a very happy Customer.

UPS/TForce LTL is one of the worst in the business as far as freight damages. WE have had 32 damages so far in 2021 and Well over half of those are UPS Freight. Then when the time comes to pay claims they wanna fight you on it. How about do the job you are paid to do which is deliver the freight undamaged. We are not a large company and do not deal in scratch n dents. WE have a warehouse full of damages that we cant move because of their negligence. Clearly 0 accountability within the company to mitigate damages. I would be fired if this is how I performed my job. Either good help is truly hard to find or they just don't care and I think myself that its the latter. Don't get me started on their weight and dimension audits. Almost as bad as their freight handling.

The experience that I have had with this UPS Freight service center is, without exaggeration, the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I will never willingly use UPS for anything again. To start at the beginning, I am the consignee in this transaction. The shipper sent me a tracking number on 03/24 and I saw that the shipment was set to reach this service center by 03/26. The service center lost the shipment. 2-3 pallets, nearly 600 lbs... LOST. Nearly three weeks later, UPS has not notified me or the shipper of the loss. We only know because we repeatedly called their 1-800 number asking where in the world the shipment was. Each time, we were promised that someone from this service center would be calling to sort things out. They never have. The shipper graciously replaced the product immediately and sent me the new tracking number. This time, this service center has had my shipment at their dock since at least 04/07. I called the 1-800 number on 04/07 to set up delivery and was told that the service center would call me back within an hour to do so. That never happened. On 04/08, I called this service center directly and was absolutely 100% guaranteed that they would deliver to me between 9AM and 5PM on 04/09. That didn't happen. So I called again, late on 04/09, and was told that the delivery was never scheduled - I was then passed to another person who told me that it was scheduled but wouldn't fit on the truck. After explaining my frustration, they promised that a supervisor would be calling me on 04/12 to make things right. Didn't happen. Now there is a note in the system saying that they scheduled delivery with me for 04/13 between 9AM and 5PM - that's news to me since no one ever called me back - so I crossed my fingers and waited. And it is currently 5:10PM and I still have no delivery and have not been contacted. On top of all this, these people had the audacity to be rude to the shipper's representative when she called to inquire why they weren't delivering my shipment.I have now missed 2 entire days of work waiting for deliveries that were clearly never scheduled. And they are holding $3000 worth of merchandise hostage. This situation is absolutely insane and inexcusable. But because UPS is effectively a monopoly, no one will care and nothing will change. If you have any other alternative, use it. If it is more expensive, or slower, it will still be worth it. Trust me.

We were having some trouble with the UPS website to complete the transaction to get a deep discount on shipping. The office member went above and beyond to help us. What could have been a very stressful day turned out to be great. I will definitely use this location again for freight service.
