Pros: Staff are extremely friendly and professional. The lobby has relatively low foot traffic and staff will greet you with a smile.Cons: This location has had known issues with their phone lines for over a year now and have not corrected this change. It is very unlikely that you will be able to get ahold of someone one your first couple calls. E-mail correspondence is also poor.

You will be welcomed (or not welcomed) by a very rude teller who sits right accross from the main entrance. She does not seem to know much about what she is doing, and would just say things to put you in circles and basically get rid of you. Would not let you go to another teller even upon requesting, and not do her job either. I will go in again and NOT walk up to the teller accross from the main entrance.

am a person who does not like to do these things but due to what happened to me I have no other option, because 2 weeks ago I decided to open a Checking and Savings Account in this Bank and it turns out that a week later I go to it to make a transfer of Deposit and I was not accepted for the Simple Reason that it is Exposed to me that I am a Permanent Resident and I come from Cuba and that for that Reason my account was not completely open because I do not have Authentic Documents to complete said Opening, I have been in this country for 5 years and it is the first time that the same thing has happened to me, I mean because I believe that the treatment was not the best and the Explanation of the Companion Felicia was not the Adequate, with all the aforementioned I believe that in the future will lose several Clients because simply only in US BANK can open Accounts Only American Citizens.That is RACISM AND DESPISE ONLY FOR THE SIMPLE REASON OF BEING LATINO. AND PLEASE DO NOT COMMUNICATE ANYONE WITH ME BECAUSE THIS IS THE WORST BANK THAT EXISTS AND I WILL COMPLAIN WITH ITS HIGH OFFICIALS

Agree with others that the ATM is questionable at this location. It's often glitching out or completely broken, and it seems like don't check the ATM often for deposits.

I enjoyed coming to this bank when the tellers were friendly. I really miss Brooke and all of the people who worked here a year to two years ago. It’s frustrating being treated like a nuisance every time we come in with our company’s deposits. Attitude reflects leadership.

Don't use this ATM, particularly if you aren't a U.S. Bank customer. It can and will malfunction when taking cards. Branch manager first said this doesn't happen, then that it's happened a few times... the story kept changing. I think most of us can recognize this as lying, albeit poorly. Given another review below and my experience today, they are aware of this long-standing problem but don't have any interest in fixing it. They are welcome to keep a shoddy ATM in service, but the public deserves to know how that can play out for them:
