They spend forever with customers speaking Spanish. I do numerous things and it takes me like 2 minutes to complete my transactions. Why are the women flirting or allowing the men to flirt and take up 20 minutes and not just do the job and move on to the next person. I do not care what language you speak just get the transaction done and move on. Closest bank to me so I am stuck. If another one is close go there.

Save yourself the frustration go to another US Bank location. Tellers are unprofessional, slow and talk amongst themselves. Have you standing in line for 30+ mins.On top of all of that they really don't know what their doing!

The US BANK in the Kroger on the Outer Loop was an awful experience. I normally go to a different one..but this was awful.. I waited at the "wait here " sign for 9 minutes before one of their apparent regulars came in and passed me and I calmly said," I'm next."...then they came up ... some guy got off the phone all the people crowded in the office became available...there was more but ...Jessica from US Bank has just contacted me to address my concern- but I usually go to the US bank on Hikes lane who treat me like family..the same as the person in front of me ...even when there's a long line. They manage a smile and a pleasant tone.

If it weren't for my mortgage payment...I would NEVER use this branch. Waiting most times 15 -20 minutes. I waited 2 months to resolve a matter caused by the bank. Eventually had to go to bank and demand the manager. Poor customer service manager down. This branch needs TO DO MUCH MUCH BETTER.

Am currently waiting in line with only 4 people in front of me and I have been standing here so far for 25 min. and still waiting. There are 2 tellers and 1 has been servicing the same person the entire time. It is not a full branch so really it should just be for deposits and withdrawals but either way it's terrible and be prepared to wait.
