Using the bank at the Bardstown Rd location is becoming more of a hassle. The ATM is out of order on a weekly basis and if you go in you will be waiting awhile because there is never more then 1 teller and a Manger to do the work of 4 and don't even think about wasting your gas and time going through the drive thur.

I just LOVE this place! They are so nice, helpful and friendly, and at the same time truly professional. The branch manager, Cole, set me up with everything I need and laid out a absolute plan for the future. Good advice and I felt taken care of by a friend. This was an awesome experience, and I'm not going anywhere else.

It’s an ongoing struggle to deal with the wait times at this location. Not sure if it’s lack of staff or productivity. Either way, it’s the worst US Bank Branch in Louisville.

I just left this location to pick up my debit card . I got a call saying it was here and to pick it up . I called a few weeks before to see if my card was turned in as the ATM kept my card after my transaction. I was told no , only to receive a call the following week saying my card was actually there. As I watch the workers “ look for my card in dual control inside of the teller’s drawer that called me “ I realize they can not find my card. Instead of telling me they can not find my card they lie and say it was already destroyed and offered me a replacement card. I drove 20 miles to pick up my debit card only to be offered a replacement card . I could have got a replacement card from the bank that is 1 Mike from my home ...20 miles . I even overheard the workers saying “well, we should just call her (the teller) to see where the card is at .

The lady told me the wrong information and didnt even apologize so im the one who has to suffer and wait 3 days for my money!!! The supervisor didnt care to help. They have little experience and even worse customer service skills. I was there over an hour didnt offer me water or a cup of coffee I had to help myself to a cup!!!

I love U.S. Bank! I've been banking with them for years, and I've never had an issue with anything. I work downtown, so I often visit the downtown location; but, I often drive-thru this location. The tellers are always friendly and the service is pretty quick. Between the downtown location, the Goss Avenue Kroger location, and this location I guess I visit U.S. Bank often. This location is definitely third on my list, but if you need a bank stop it'll do the trick.

Matthew was AWESOME. He engage in great conversation with my 9 yr old son. Even a customer behind us joined in the conversation. I will definitely go back.
