India has terrible customer service and de-escalation skills. Manny needs to be fired for allowing it. She said I was being rude so I respectfully went to someone else but she was taunting me as I walked out the door, pathetic.

I came in to open a business account. I’ve been working with this bank for more than 10 years. The manager was very rude. He said that he don’t have a time and he can find me a different branch very disappointed

Walked in today didn't get greeted. Also wasted my time and gas traveling to this location to open an account. Two tellers was busy opening an account . But no one else is there To help assist me the person I spoke with said I can come back and have an appointment to open account . This is really ridiculous and inconvenient for me wished I could have opened an account today however looks like I will be going to another bank bc of them being sooooo busy with two people opening an account. I will never come back to this bank or organization they was out of order and I DONT respect it

The ATMs are literally ALWAYS broken. Don’t waste a trip coming to this location. RIDICULOUSResponse to US Bank: It’s not my responsibility to make sure it’s working right and report issues.

Branch at 4021 Dixie Highway.August 5th 2022 . Friday at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. .Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with at a bank. I hope that teller has to deal with customer service as bad as hers was everyday for the next week at least.

A client relationship consultant by the name of Jenny Trinh helped me open my bank account and she was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to troubleshoot any issues I had and made sure I got everything done that I wanted. She was so very pleasant and cheerful. She also gave me Fantastic advice on raising my credit score and building trust with US Bank. With her help I know banking will be a favorable experience for me.
