My son opened an account st this location. The lady who assisted him was the branch manager. She was extremely professional and friendlyIf you have been to other banks lately you know it's a rare find to come across a helpful person. I'm glad he chose to do business with a bank who appears to actually care about their customersAlso the customer service department is American based so you can speak to an English speaking g person

This is the worst bank I've personally had to deal with. I'm the President of an organization that banks here, only because I inherited the circumstance from the administration prior. Dealing with US Bank has been like dealing with a bank in a third-world country. They can't ever seem to accommodate you if you stop in with a rudimentary request. My Treasurer and I had to make three separate visits here just to have me added on to the account. They lost some of our old information and expected us to know details from when people who are now dead opened the account 20+ years ago. Further, they incorrectly entered some of our current information, making it impossible for us to create an online profile for the purpose of banking remotely. The 1-800 number advertising help was disconnected when I called. I stopped in here (again) personally to figure out what the hitch might be in registering us online and linking our account. I was told I'd need to make another appointment to do so, and - of course - they were more than a week out. They weren't exactly busy, I should add; during half of my visits, I've been the only customer in the bank. The credit card they issued us still denies when we try to use it. Want checks? They're exorbitantly priced. Nothing is smooth here. None of the employees I've encountered seem trained to answer questions. It makes me grateful for my time as a 5th 3rd customer. As a favor to every future Treasurer and President of my organization, I'll be switching our account elsewhere in the near future.

I love U.S. Bank! I've been banking with them for years, and I've never had an issue with anything. I often visit the downtown Louisville location, because I work downtown and that is a convenient location for me, but I occasionally visit this branch when I'm in the St. Matthews area. I have always had excellent service at this location. I have done deposits and withdrawals here, as well as cashed in and deposited change. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They're always smiling and talking with customers, which makes for a great bank visit. I definitely recommend this location of U.S. Bank!

I had just moved to Louisivlle from across the country and it was my very first time going through the drive thru at US Bank and making a transaction (besides the initial transaction of opening accounts). Since every bank does things a little differently, I wasn't how they cashed checks etc. My old bank just had me endorse it and then they gave me the cash. Apparently here you have to fill out all these slips and it takes FOREVER! Not even that, the teller was really rude and asked me to spell my name like four times and she was rolling her eyes at me. Update: I have been going to this bank for a year now and still the service is horrible and they are always rude and slow. They don't give away any free food on Fridays either, either that or it's all out when I go. They also have hidden fees. I have the worst day of my life every time I come here. I am only forced to bank here because I live on opposite ends of the country for each half of the year.
