I was denied service this morning (2/27) for an appointment I made a couple weeks ago, I’m now being told I have to reschedule and have to take another day off which means more loss income and there is no one to contact about denial of service, it’s not even an option on the usps website or available through their phone tree. Tax payers deserve the services that you are charging them for. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

The U.S. Post office has one job. Deliver mail. They haven’t delivered my mail in my mailbox for over 2 years. I’ve talked to managers and tellers. Today they refused me my mail when I went to pick up. Going forward I will find other avenues to receive what is my right as a US citizen. Maybe they’ll deliver it once it’s stack d to high to handle.

The postal lady I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helped to meet with every need I had. I would recommend this service to all my family friends and neighbors And she was very polite and understood my needs.

Ja’Lyn Freeman was fantastic! I’m from out-of-town and this was my 1st experience with a Louisville Post Office. I was running late for a new job and frazzled. Ja’Lyn exhibited EXCELLENT customer service. When I left I felt so much better. Thank you Ja’lyn.

You guys losing my social security card while I'm in the process of changing my name has literally ruined my life. I lost my job because of it, I was unable to move because of it, and I'm honestly sick of USPS's incompetence, as they've lost many important documents in the past. Get it together. You literally messed up my whole life by losing a document that can't be reordered until 45 days has passed.And yes, my new name is on the mail box (always has been, I've been using the name for 12 years), since y'all tried to say it was my fault.

Has anyone else had deliveries that have somehow never made it into their mailboxes? I'm no longer trusting our mail system. If you have Amazon deliveries or any deliveries don't use usps. Use UPS.

I've used this post office for many years. Not a terribly bad place. However, this NEW person is obviously in need better training. Do NOT EVER AGAIN dismiss or delete the screen before I've had time to respond, simply because you're trying to rush me out of the line. Don't ask me if the address is correct AND then not want to show me my package to confirm the address. If I want emailed receipts, let ME select that option. Especially when I didn't ask for your help. It'll be a different outcome if that happens again.

They refused to deliver my package because it's "too big" for my mailbox. The mail room is LARGE and it is UNLOCKED because we live in an apartment complex with an open mail room (the apartment complex buzzer door is locked). They had plenty of space to drop it off but when we went to go tell them we expect our package to be delivered into the functioning mail room they said "well if someone steals it it's on you"- OUR APARTMENT COMPLEX MAIL ROOM IS AN OPEN ROOM THIS IS HOW IT IS DESIGNED WILL YOU JUST NOT DELIVER OUR PACKAGES ANYMORE IF THEYRE TOO BIG FOR THE MAILBOX??? I drive a small car which is why I have large packages delivered in the first place. Do you expect us to rent a uhaul to pick up our s*** from the post office or will y'all do your job because every other package delivery service doesn't seem to have an issue with their deliveries???

Supposed to got my stuff today in the same area as me since 6am was supposed to get delivered at 6pm never did,how can it be in the same city for two days n out for delivery very unorganized ,need to do better, now I got to wait till Tuesday nd it’s whole Saturday…very ridiculous

IF YOU HAVE A PO BOX AT THIS LOCATION, YOU MIGHT WANT TO GO CHECK AND SEE IF YOUR MAIL HAS BEEN RTS! My wife went to check our PO Box and she saw that there was tape on the back end of the box. When she went to ask why there was tape on our PO Box, she was told a new employee tapped an ENTIRE WALL of PO Boxes because they were "empty. " I am furious because I was expecting some very important paperwork and other important things this wrek but it has been sent back. I have worked at USPS before and as a new employee I was monitored my many of the employees there while training. Please e plain to me why the Post Master and no one else was watching what this e mployee was doing? There are no excuses why this happened because she was not theobly person at work that day behind that desk. This has definitely been a terrible experience and I plan to move my PO Box where the people are actually doing their jobs correctly. If you dont have a PO Box at this location, don't start one here!!!

This place is a disgrace to our postal service people they hire anyone my mail carrier is so lazy and doesn’t take his job seriously I’m a business owner that depends on mail to run my business my mailman won’t even deliver my mail to my box he rather put it on top of box or on floor they where doing construction on concrete in front of build instead of leaving a note telling us to pick up mail at post office he has our mail return to sender I truly believe this post office needs to be shut down and when we went in and complained they said he was fired before for the same issues and they pretty much don’t care. I want to send a ty out to the person in charge of this branch for hiring incompetent workers your making the postal service a very untrustworthy business it is federal and business owners and residents ty for putting them behind because you don’t care for your job ty again 1st step recovery

Ordered a package off Amazon, it ends up here and stays here for 3 days past the expected delivery date and is so far still stuck here with 0 explanation or any updates. Judging by the other reviews it's a terrible establishment. Probably the worst post office in Louisville. If you see your package end up here, just cancel the order and purchase it again and hope it gets sent to another post office, it'll probably arrive quicker than if you let it sit here
