Look I been up since 8 this morning no mail haven’t come yet but I see the other mail carrier tell me dude take off who deliver or mail so dude call in on a job not just a job a federal government job so the public and the Community Have two suffer not get or mail on Saturday this was not a holiday this should be no reason for the community not get mail day so if somebody stuff get cut off or something like that because people send bills to people to pay an the mail keep coming 4 days behind they don’t care then turn around we can’t say anything wrong to them they going put the police feds on you but y’all can play with or mail tho they should be Against the law

Clearly their carriers don’t know how to read addresses correctly my package was delivered to the wrong address and and it took TWO days for me to even get told that the first time I called the supervisor said he would call me back never called me back the second time I called back I want to say I spoke with a Rodney and he was amazing that’s who needs to be the supervisor he got back with me in a timely manner thank you Rodney for your help even though my package wasn’t able to get retrieved you was amazing and you did everything in your power to help me

Worst postal service ever never receive my packages and driver will go home and say delivery attempted and never saw him on our cameras entering the property

I needed to stop at a location to verify my identity in person for a change of address (which I got an email that it was denied, despite me having a state issued ID), but the person at the Broadway location was super efficient and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I would use this location again if I'm in that area.

Absolutely awful. Just awful. There is one helpful person that works there. Other than that, just awful all around. Mail delivery stinks, I waited over a month for my stimulus check. I have informed delivery to know when things are supposed to come and they just do not come and it wouldn’t be an issue if they were a day or two late. They literally may come weeks and weeks later. Awful. Do better.

Nasty employees, idk what it is with some of my fellow people of color but the mannerisms, attitude, lack of respect is appalling . If you don’t want to be bothered by customers don’t work in customer service . If you don’t want to be bothered by people NOT RECEIVING MAIL AND PACKAGES , then make sure your incompetent mail man are doing their jobs right . I watched and waited for a package to only have the delivery man lie about the delivery . Scroll through the reviews and see how horrid this place is . Just because you’re on the less fortunate side of the town doesn’t mean you bring that to work rap when you’re dealing with the public . They either need to shut this place down or RE STAFF EVERYONE . I see why they’re having issues now .

The worst post office in the city! The customer service, especially with the toupee man being there is thee worst. Even the delivery of the mail is horrible. Our regular mail carrier is very unprofessional, along with all the others that do the route when she’s not working. We have to wait till the carrier comes back around to go out and ask for our packages. This past week alone, we haven’t received mail for 3 days, and we have plenty of mail that was to be delivered.
