I had a really good experience here. There was no line and the employee was friendly and helped me choose the best method for shipping my package. He even used his own tape… Usually, I have to buy an overpriced roll if I forget to bring some. I was nervous because the only other reviews here didn’t seem promising.

Mail carriers from this location do not follow what maybe or maybe not that they are trained to do...delivering wrong mail to mailboxes..opening mail or packages...laying mail on steps to fly away when mailbox is clearly up the steps one to two away...if they do not want to do their job they shouldn't have applied for it

Have tried calling several times in the last few days, calling at different times of the day. It rings and rings, finally connects and they immediately hang up. Maybe 10x over 3 different days. I realize it's a busy post office, but come on .. that's next level petty. If you're disabled and homebound how is a person to get any help from this post office branch??

They take multiple days to scan in packages if you’re dropping off very many which is a problem when selling on apps that base performance on how quickly you get packages to the post office. I always drive all the way to gardener lane because they are so much more helpful and always very willing to scan all packages upon drop off.

The office is one thing, a lot can happen and it’s rather varying. The workers out here delivering mail are another. It’s been a while since I knew a the neighborhood postal worker and guess what?? He’s fantastic. He knows me by name and always the same person day in day out and it’s a good feeling. Very grateful to have that again.

I’ve been here 10 times around 12-2:00 every time, and only twice has it ever been opened, on a regular weekday, no holidays when they’re supposed to be open, they never are.

The man who works here is RUDE and unhelpful. I have witnessed it with other customers as well. Worth the drive to go somewhere else.

Hardworking post office that struggles to please customers and managment. The mailmen in this establishment are some of the best, but the late hours and unrealistic time constraints wear them out and cause delays. You should always call instead of just showing up. They will make time for you.

The two old men that work the front desk are always grumpy and give me a hard time about paying cash and card and paying with all ones because I’m a server. Better off driving a extra five minutes to the one down the street.
