The man who works here is RUDE and unhelpful. I have witnessed it with other customers as well. Worth the drive to go somewhere else.

Hardworking post office that struggles to please customers and managment. The mailmen in this establishment are some of the best, but the late hours and unrealistic time constraints wear them out and cause delays. You should always call instead of just showing up. They will make time for you.

The two old men that work the front desk are always grumpy and give me a hard time about paying cash and card and paying with all ones because I’m a server. Better off driving a extra five minutes to the one down the street.

This office is a disaster, they work very badly, they supposedly deliver the packages and they get lost. The only proof they have of that, they say, is that they scan the packages and a lady who works there tells you very securely without knowing why she's not the one who sent them. He distributes that they leave it at the correct address I can think what I want like they scanned it and never delivered it and he tells me when I am going to make the claim with a lot of impudence he tells me well you have to call the police and report the theft, what a horror The United States Postal Service sucks. This is not the first time this has happened to me and it is always the same office because it is the one that distributes my address Unfortunately, the previous time the same thing happened to me, they had scanned my package, just like now I filed a claim and the next day someone called me and he told me that it had been a scanning error that my package had not been delivered it is a disaster so this woman came to tell me that there is evidence that I delivered it because I scanned it how pathetic she is.

This post office has a strange layout but once you get past that, it is perfectly fine. It's a weird parking lot and it's located on the ground floor of a building, but it doesn't face the street. It's here, it's a proper post office and it's got all the usual stamps and services you should expect.I was able to park, locate the entrance, wait in queue and then purchase stamps from the clerk when it was my turn. Easy enough.

I'm curious as to what exactly is going on with mail service in the St. Joseph's neighborhood recently. In the past week alone, I've had two packages addressed to the street over from mine delivered to my address, and had to take them over to the address myself. In addition, in the past week I've had two packages marked as "delivered" to me, when in fact they never arrived at my address, and now I'm going through the rigamarole of having to fight to get my money back from the stores I ordered from. For years we had a professional, reliable mail carrier who took his job very seriously and was an all around awesome guy. He retired last year, and ever since then it's truly become a guessing game of whether or not any package we order will actually arrive. We've even received paper bills originally postmarked from a month ago!Not a clue what exactly is going on up there, but you all seriously need to get your act together!

I’ve had a post office box here for a few years, and have noticed on more than one occasion that my medical-related mail never seems to make it to my box.I’m a veteran, and occasionally receive mail from the VA, but those letters never made their way to my PO Box, despite being pictured in my emails. The last straw was when a copy of my entire medical record was sent, it showed up in my email, but then never made it to me. I can’t imagine where that ended up, which is particularly distressing because it is my private information. I changed my address with the VA so that their mail would come directly to my home, and now I receive all of my VA letters.Recently, my civilian provider sent a letter unexpectedly (correspondence is usually digital). Though the letter showed up in my email, it never made it to my PO Box. Now, I can see that medical mail from multiple sources are being diverted elsewhere.I filed a complaint online, and was contacted by the manager Kelly. While speaking on the phone, Kelly was repeating the details of my complaint to me, and had the details wrong. When I attempted to correct her, she started loudly speaking over me, repeating the wrong details again. I refuse to be disrespected. I let her know that I didn’t appreciate her attitude and I ended the call. She immediately called back, I repeated my boundary and told her not to contact me again. She called me two more times, leaving a rude voicemail, then had someone else named Jennifer call me several times. A few days later, there was a hand delivered note from Kelly at my home, in my mailbox. I can only ascertain that Kelly is a rude stalker with zero respect for people or their boundaries. How she became a manager, I have no idea. However, I can understand how this location is so disappointing and sketchy, thanks to her leadership.Do better.

I was putting my mail on hold to go back out of town and was immediately challenged at every turn by the clerk working with the white hair and glasses he called me and a****** and response to me saying I come in here and talk to you with respect there's no need to talk to me that way it got so bad that I had to use profanity just like he did I wish there was a way to upload video because I have the whole incident from beginning to end not the type to post things on social media but I do feel as though people working government positions need to show a little more respect and definitely not call people out of their names when that hasn't been said to you even if it has been said to you the employees at the United States postal service signed paperwork saying that they would behave in a certain manner and get good customer service I don't see in any handbook or anything that I've ever read where customer service is involved that it is okay for you to provoke antagonize or belittle a customer so glad that I recorded myself filling out the form all the way up until the gentleman calling me names And me firing a few verbal shots back because he had just pushed me that far

Had the misfortune of having a package from Japan sent here by accident. They don't answer phones or emails apparently and after 8 days my package was sent back to Japan. Thanks!

The man will NEVER provide me with a receipt when I ask. This has been going on for months. How can you NOT be able to print receipts for months on end? And it’s only when the man with white hair and beard is working. Someone needs to teach him how to print a receipt or something. I feel he’s not following the standards of the Post Office.
