This is the second time I’ve had a Package get stuck here and this one happens to be priority shipped and I was supposed to receive it on Tuesday and today is now Wednesday and I have an estimated date of Thursday which I know I’m not gonna get it because it’s sitting in your post office for over a day now I don’t know why I bothered paying $10 for priority shipping if things are not going to get shipped properly by the USPS!!

0 stars. Sent a very important packages from the PRP Post Office. They sent it to Gardiner Lane the same day. It has been sitting at Gardiner Lane now for 9 days. It was a simple trip from Louisville to Frankfort, and I should have just took it with the 1-hour drive myself but they say they accept mail only. Called USPS customer service and they said this Gardiner Lane location is horrible and there's a 50/50 chance that our package would even make it out of there. Amazing. So, we are canceling a certified check, going to get another, spending another 5 hours filling out the application and printing documents yet again, and making the 2-hour round trip drive ourselves. Paid $20 for USPS to ship and we'll lose that money too. I will avoid any Louisville USPS shipments as much as I possibly can. Horrible service in Louisville, Kentucky.

I took a package in on Wednesday afternoon. 5:30 - 6:00 August 6, 2025 going to South Carolina. My sister still doesn't have her package and it's Monday August 11, 2025. I'm very disappointed in this post office. 😢

How do you have a guarantee overnight package and pay the price and it doesn’t come in one day hasn’t even left Louisville Kentucky! That’s why people use FedEx and UPS I won’t make this mistake again very disappointed in our government delivery services!!!!!!

For some reason consistently gets it wrong, sends out bundles without assigned packages, sends packages to wrong addresses sends packages to sorting facilities in wrong states. Any five star review of this place either predates the current postmaster general or is a review bot.

They treat the truckers coming in for delivery like shit. Especially the morning supervisor. She wanted me to back in on the right side (which anyone familiar with trucking) knows that’s blind side backing. We can’t see anything on our right side when backing in. She said it was for safety, how is that safe if I can’t see anything? A joke of a facility.

very poor management system particularly Morning shift. staff are very ruded no traffic control. they don’t know how to manage the facility every day every driver suffering
i am truck driver 4 hours i am awaiting but still they not assign dock .
i never seen these kind of ruded staff.

I'd give a zero if I could! Louisville consistently loses my packages and/or consistently hold my packages for 3-5 days for no reason. I recently ordered from ebay package arrived in Louisville on July 4th the 5th through the 8th it showed package in transit to next facility which is my post office 35 miles away. It's now the 11th with no new updates since the 8th. I have no idea where package is or if I'll ever receive it!

Very bad experience with the staff. They were mean and they just got annoyed because I needed some help in their job hours. If you are working there, you have to do your job correctly and be nice, that’s costumer service, that’s professional ethic! If you don’t like to work on weekends, just leave. But you have to treat people respectfully.

My dashboard said I was suppose to get a package today. Never received. It has said this all week long that I would get it today. And now I called before 9 and it says you all are closed. Your website says you don’t close until 9. The automated system said I won’t get my package until Sunday. I am very upset. Looking at your previous comments, this seems to happen all the time.

I've had a few orders go through this post office and they often set there for several days before they move on.
