Passports SHOULD NOT BE HANDLED IN THIS OFFICE! We should not have to wait FOR POSTSL EMPLOYEES TO FILL OUT YOUR PAPERWORK. Signs are clearly posted that if passport applications are not complete YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE. However the employees take their time filing out paperwork and time to walk away from the counter to take AND print a passport photo. Employee asked the customer in front of me “what is your dads bday” “what is your hair color”; this is not the responsibility of the employee.I waited in line for 16 minutes just to hand over an already accepted/scanned package.

The only reason why I am rating this place 1 star is because there isn't an option for 0. My mother just got her US citizenship and was very enthusiastic to apply for her US passport. Sadly, I made an appointment for this location in which they completely ruined her experience. First of all, we arrived 30 minutes before our appointment time which was at 2:00pm. We filled out the application and we were told that the other lady with gray/short hair is the only one that does the passports. We stood in the corner where she would call out our name and appointment time. There was a young man standing next to us in line who also had an appointment for 2:00pm. When asked who had the earliest appointment and both of us said 2:00pm, she proceeded to get very upset. After checking her list, she stated that she could only find the young man's appointment and not ours. We showed her our email with the confirmation of time and location. Instead of analyzing the situation and at least giving us an explanation, she said " I'm just saying, I only have him on here" and gave us the nastiest of attitudes. When it was our turn, I explained to her that the way she had handled the situation was very inappropriate and that we were being mistreated for something that was not our fault.Her manager was there, and I told her about what had happened. The passport associate had the audacity to say that she had not seen us in the entire 30+ minutes that we had been standing no more than 10 feet away from her!Apparently, the scheduling system has been double-booking customers and causing this sort of trouble which leads to uncomfortable situations such as this one. Furthermore, the manager stated that the lady had not had a lunch break and that they were understaffed (not a good excuse to her mistreatment of customers.)I must mention that we were not the only ones who were mistreated. The passport associate and the other associate BOTH have awful attitudes, and because I know that this will be brushed off, I will be emailing customer service.1- Fix the scheduling machine.2- Give your employees appropriate breaks.3- Perhaps address the way your associates speak to your customers because only by the reviews on here, this isn't the first problematic encounter.We will not be returning to this place!

The 5 stars are for Helen. Every time I go to this location Helen is working the desk. She is very friendly, apologies for the slow line, and does her best to give you 5 star service. She makes sure everybody is taken care of, and if you have to step out of line to fix something, she will have you stand to the side and once done bring you back over. We need more Helen's in the world. USPS needs a lot more Helen's.

I made a passport appointment 4 weeks in advance as it was the first available Saturday and I work M-F. Arrived 15 minutes early, stood in line, when we got to the counter we were informed that there were no passport appointments that day because the passport employee didn't show up for work and were instructed to come during the walk in hours. After explaining I work during the walk in hours I was told to not make appointments on Saturdays.I will not be returning to this location.

EDIT:package was found, I got a call 5 days later. so I guess the issue is resolved.IS ZERO STARS AN OPTION !?I dropped off a package here at the kiosk. It has been lost.They do not answer phones. it never got scanned, never appeared in tracking.

If I could Give zero stars I would... i've been here three days in a row and I've been turned down from getting my passport. I was told that I could come on Thursday and get it done before 5 o'clock between the hours of 4 & 5 I was turned around tell me come back on a Friday I did & the same lady MS.HELEN rude & JUST said the same thing to me said to come back on a Friday when I did come back on a Friday between four and five as I walk in, @t 4 o'clock. It is now 4:40. Told me the lady that does. The passport is no longer here because She locked her keys in the car and she don't know when she'll be coming back and to come back another day that she was the only one who do the Passport but yesterday as of 5/11/23 I SEEN MS.HELEN while I was standing in Ine for 20 minutes that She did not do Passport I watched her do some one elses the DAY Before so unprofessional told me to stand by the window, or sit on the windowseal until she gets back.

The indoor kiosk is a great and fast service but the drop box CONTINUES to stay jammed. It is a consistent inconvenience when you drive 15 minutes just to show up and the drop box is inaccessible. I use this after-hours service so I don’t have to interact with the employees and long wait times.This is a dreadful location to go to when they are issuing passports. Be prepared to wait in long lines just to deal with sour employees.I or you cannot blame the employees for their poor customer service. I’d give the same for a company who make conditions unbearable like USPS does.

Y'all. I've been shipping things out for years and I've never had any issues with any USPS post office besides this one. They're always so rude and have an attitude whenever I'm dropping off 2-5 packages that labels are pre paid and all they gotta do is scan.I guess they just really hate their jobs for them to always be talking with an attitude. You can literally feel the tension in the air when you get Ithere. Just warning y'all.The people I'm talking about are two lady's, one is a blonde/brunette with long hair and the other one black hair.

My brother went there to get his passport and he had a very bad treatment the ladies were very rude and my brother is only 13 ther person in front got a great treatment while my brother and parents got a horrible treatment

If I could give this a zero I would give it at -5! Horrifying customer service. Me and my mother walked in for a passport book and right when we walked in the lady at the front started full on screaming at us and my telling my mother to shut when we were explained why we were there!! She later wanted to send us back after knowing we had an appointment! This lady should be fired her attitude stinks and it ruins everyone's day. What a garbage USPS.

I give one ? because not giving any is not an option. The worst service ever. Today I had an appointment for my passport at this USPS location. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, which was at 9 a.m. The employee told me that the passport appointments were at 10 a.m. because the person in charge of passports had not arrived. I waited 1 hour 15 min to get the surprise, that I wasted my time. Another employee told those of us who had an appointment that they did not make passports there. Not only was the person in charge not there, but they didn't make passports. Horrible service, mistreatment and customer deception.
