They are rude, and they serve you as if they were in a hurry, and wanted to get out of your hurry. They cancel an appointment with excuses like they have the internet. And they leave you talking with the word in your mouth.

I had two orders to send out, each order had the names of the recipient written down on the items so when the clerk scanned the QR codes for the items, there would be no confusion as to which items belonged in designated envelopes. Lol, that didn't work because the two items got sent to the wrong people anyway. So, I reached out to my customers and let them know that unfortunately they'd have to go through the return process, which they did. Now it's been over a week since the returns were supposed to be delivered back to me and I can see on the tracking that they'd already made my route earlier that week. Turns out my mail is lost now. So when am I going to get my money for the items neither me, or my customers are going to receive??? USPS??? (UPDATE) It took weeks to receive the returns, and the buyers ended up cancelling their orders so I'm out hundreds of dollars officially.

This office does not answer their phones! Called the 800 # they told me package had complete address but yet mail man sent back for insufficient address. Imagine that!

Seller dropped my package off at this location yesterday and got a receipt and the scans show that it is STILL at this location and has NEVER departed!!.. it just sits and NOONE can tell me where my package is.. I spoke to a Lloyd at this Location and he said he would call me back about my package and never did!!. I have NO idea where my package is even at that I am waiting on.. AVOID THIS USPS if you don't want hassles!!.

1 star because can’t give 0. Worst costumer service ever. Employees have an attitude, very rude and unprofessional also incompetent can’t even answer basic questions of some of the services they offer. How can’t you not know the answer to my question when you work at the f….. post office?

They have loss my overnight delivery and reaching someone is IMPOSSIBLE. Unacceptable. What is this world coming too? Sad. Can’t even depend on your mail to get delivered and paid to have it delivered.

The Okolona Post Office is terrible. I’ve scheduled package pickups numerous times and my carrier NEVER picks up the packages when delivering the mail. I have to pack everything up and drive it to the post office myself where I proceed to have to stand in a long line with one teller every single time. When I question why my pickups aren’t being completed I get told the supervisor prints out pickups in the mornings and that’s it. The workers at this USPS branch are about as helpful as a glass hammer.
