I have visited this location several times. The employees are always courteous and helpful. Today Donesha was exceptionally helpful. She was very focused in trying to help me resolve a package situation. I cannot express how grateful I am for her determination, kindness and compassion.

These people suck! My package has been in their possession since Thursday night, cause it wasn’t priority mail they held it for 4 days over the weekend. The tracking even said Saturday then they changed their mind.

My review is of the whole Postal Service in general had a package that is supposed to be delivered today on the 10th of may not gonna receive it until Monday maybe Tuesday and it’s a package that I have to sign for and I will be out of town, you never get what you’re told with the Postal Service anymore I recommend anyone shipping something to use FedEx or UPS

Ordered a package and it should've been here yesterday, I'm all for cutting some slack bcz of the storms and knowing that the conditions in facilities like this aren't the greatest, but why didn't my package leave yalls facility at all today? that's ridiculous I had fast shipping and y'all have it coming on the very last day of expected delivery.

WARNING! Someone is stealing your stuff, i just mailed a few letters with valuable items inside and someone opened the envelope and took them, so when this other person got the letter the items were missing, i have an idea who it is pretty faces are just a cover so watch out!

The girl the delivers my mail said that she was unable to delivery package but delivered my sister's to the same address and now I've been calling the post office for two days with no answers. This is ridiculous, I just show up but the hours they are open I work.

They said that my package was delivered on the front porch but when I went to check it wasn't out there. I went to check my mailbox wasn't there either. It also said that my package was delivered at zip code 40258 my zip code is 4272. This post office stinks

There is an African American lady that works there that is completely rude she complains out loud talking about she is not the one she told a Latina customer I don’t speak Spanish I write speak and talk English what kinda thing is that to say to someone move her somewhere else where that attitude is appreciated
