The worst I’ve ever encountered with. My medications aren’t being delivered even though I get text messages saying they are. I don’t have a regular route person. So I’m sure I don’t even get all my mail either. Thanks for nothing.

I've been sitting at my dining room table w/ a clear view of my front yard and the whole street. Got a notification that delivery failed due to animal interference. We don't have any animals. There aren't any animals out and no truck has stopped in front of my or either neighbors house. USPS needs to be defunded entirely.

Went in on a Tuesday to get a money order use one card to get my last 13 dollars off of it … then went to use my card with the actual money on there. The lady said he won’t give me the option to put my pin in on my 2nd card so I can’t get my money order. I ask about my 13 dollars off my first card she said it’s pending and will come back to you. It’s Friday and the last 13 dollars I had on that card still has not made it back too me. I never even purchased anything only trying to pay my rent. And they don’t kept my money fa 3 days. Give me my money. Today found out my money been sitting there vs going back on my card for no purchase. So they took my money off My card even tho I never purchased anything just to hold it for me to find out the just I guess was gonna keep my money. Yea don’t trust this post office with ya money had I not continued trying to get my money they would have kept it without my knowledge. They did even have a way to contact me. Damn thieves need to go to hell.

I have issues with this usps branch every time I need a slightly heavy package delivered (e.g. 35-45 lbs). They claim it can’t be delivered, and ask me to come pick it up. Recently, I got an update to tell me to come pick it up, so I rearranged my schedule just to come get it. The lady acted annoyed that she had to go in the back and find it, and that it was a “big one.” Then she came back 10 minutes later and said it was already out for delivery on another truck, so my trip to the PO was for nothing. I know issues occur sometimes when it comes to mail, but this place *always* has issues. They also frequently claim that a delivery attempt was made when it absolutely wasn’t.

Checking the other reviews this been going on for the past 5 years.ridiculous for the 100th time my package says delivered yet it’s not and when you call customer service they never answer instead got this robot talking to you limited and repeating the same stuff.when will this end ?

HORRIBLE POST OFFICE CARRIER DELIVERY I LIVE IN A CONDO IN 40214 AREA CODE,PACKAGES ARE NOT GETTING PUT IN CORRECT BOXES,OR CONDOS,ATTENTION POST MASTER CARDINAL.OAKS CONDOS HAVE 4 STREETS WITH THE SAME 3007 ON,AND 3009,THESE CONDOS WERE MADE BEFORE GPS WERE MADE,IM SURE YOU KNOW,PLEASE TELL YOUR CARRIERS SINCE YOU WONT ANSWER THE PHONE,WALMART HAS PUT IN A COMPLAINT,EBAY,JC PENNYS AND THERES A FEW MORE. I had tea all the way from tiawan get shipped there only to get shipped back because apparently my adress that's about 5minutes from your dump doesn't exist ? Yall suck. A big one. Those were going to be some nice xmas gifts. I'm filing a complaint online at .gov everyone else should do the same if you run into this issue. they create a ticket and they have to formally close it out. I'm okay with them constantly being investigated

I hope you’ll aren’t stealing mail. Federal crime I know of. I signed up for USPS informed delivery and seen that I had important mail and did not receive it.
