We live one minute from the post office and get mail after 7:30pm. The delivery girl is always on her phone. On my porch one day for 7 solid minutes in the phone.

Older woman with red hair (working 11/29 at 3:45pm) was incredibly rude. It looks like there are many complaints about her here. She refused to take my package unless it was taped closed. I explained that I regularly drop packages at USPS and they never have said this. She told me to go buy tape and go to the back of the line. I left and drove across town to the Evergreen USPS where they accepted it without issue.

My wife and I went in to apply for a passport and Milissa was great. Fully explained everything, did our photos, we signed and paid - all done in under half an hour. She even told us what to expect in the three mailings we’ll each receive and approximately when they’ll come.

the old white lady with fried red hair shouldn’t have a job, she chose to lie and say i had to have my label taped to my package and say i had to buy their tape before i could send it off, just because she’s miserable, she seems unhappy and she should find a new purpose in life.

Why have informed delivery when no one comes to your house for a week or longer? Why have a phone number for customer service when no one answers? Why have a phone system when it does not get you anywhere and you have to listen to so many options that it causes you to lose patience. Why bother with reviews when no one from anyone that can help will do anything. WHY have a system where you get important stuff mailed to you now, and mail is unreliable.

This post office is by far the worst one in louisville. The older white lady with the frizzy short hair is rude. They don't have the routes on schedule at all. If you have informed delivery don't expect your mail to actually come on time from here. I have filed complaints in the past and they were never resolved. And here I am with an issue again
