Don’t know about the rest of people but today 03/22/24 I have 1hour waiting just to ask a question there’s only two people attending the public no one receives the costumer just sitting in here and waitng guy was nice

Came into store with issues on my phone with the battery and pop ups always showing up. Logan was able to help get me into a newer device with a great deal that actually saved me money! They helped setup my new phone and showed me the new features on it! It was like an early Christmas gift to me from Verizon! Would recommend going to this location for any of your phone needs and they will take care of you.

I ordered a phone online and it was not activating. I came to the store and the guy at the store fixed that issue and transferred my data for me. He also put on a screen protector for me. Great customer service here at the Verizon store.

I came into the store today terrified that I had been hacked the notifications were several during the time I had other questions to and Zack was so very helpful that I have in about the space of about 6 minutes or so that he's taken with me I have been relieved that I have not been hacked he is taking and given me special information about so that I won't have this to happen with me again and I thought I did not have to wait a very long period of time before there was someone available here and I highly recommend coming to this location for help and service.
