They will intentionally word things in a way that will make someone think the bill will appear one way but is not the truth. These are bottom feeder type people. Worse than used car salesmen.

Couldn't make phone calls Marvin was able to fix it this are new phone not sure what it was maybe a bad app he took off a bunch of random apps I didn't need and now everything is fine

Great experience! I just came in to trade in and upgrade my phone, but it was very stress free. Jamie (Jameson), was awesome. Explained everything, was patient with my silly tech questions, and had an overall great personality.

My SIM card wasn't working so I couldn't make calls or do texting. I came in and asked for help and I immediately was taken care of. He was professional and pleasant.
