just takes one or two to (not a phone) to ruin a customer experience...Pay for Total protection device not even 6 months old display goes outWas told it's a $100-300 deductible because the device screen has defectsWas then told we can use your other family members upgrade because the device that has the protection plan can not be fixed**I just wanted my 6 month old device that display went out to be fixed** they upgraded my line to a brand new shiny phoneNot what the customer wanted when I brought this to there attention once my bill jumped in price I was told because we upgraded you! & your device with the busted display *which has the total protection* was not paid off so you have to pay off the busted display device and this new device we upgraded you to.When t was mentioned this is within the 30 day window for the return of the device I was denied a return & the employee walked away to the front of the store....When you have to go to another Verizon retail store to get help & they direct you to another corporate office across town & not only the retail store but the 2nd corporate office tells you to avoid outer loopLISTEN TO THEM

Fantastic! Walked right in and was helped by 2 very nice associates immediately. Answered all of our questions and was super nice as we got our Verizon router for the first time. Great experience, thank you!

I really appreciate the great service I always get at this location. The manager gets to know his customers. Isaiah did a great job taking care of my up grades and was very helpful!

Took my elderly mother to make changes on her phone...Frankie seated her immediately and politely and clearly explained everything for her...made the changes quickly and with great patience...it was the best experience....thanks so much..would highly recommend!

As a customer of Verizon Wireless, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the company's unethical behavior. When I joined Verizon in October 2021, I traded in two phones and was supposed to receive a qualifying credit of $1000 each. However, it took nearly six months for Verizon to send me the boxes to send my traded phones to them. During this period, I was paying full price for the two phones every month, and my bills skyrocketed.When I finally received the boxes, I immediately sent back the phones, and Verizon applied my trades and gave me some credit back for the bills. However, in December 2022, when I added a third line, Verizon made an unsolicited plan change and removed my trades, which led to an increase in my rates. When I contacted Verizon to find out the reason for this change, I was told that it was a mistake made by them, but to fix it, they wanted to charge me an additional $750.This experience with Verizon has left a bad taste in my mouth. The fact that I had to wait for six months to receive the boxes to send my traded phones back to them is unacceptable. Furthermore, the company's unsolicited plan change and removal of my trades is a clear breach of our agreement. I feel like Verizon has prioritized its profits over customer satisfaction, and their lack of regard for my time, money, and trust is unacceptable.In conclusion, I hope that Verizon takes responsibility for its actions and makes things right with their customers. I believe that it is important for companies to prioritize customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.Given the unethical behavior that I have experienced with Verizon, I am considering taking legal action against the company for breach of contract and malicious tactics to defraud me. The fact that Verizon made an unsolicited plan change and removed my trades is a clear violation of our agreement. Additionally, their unwillingness to fix the mistake without charging me an additional $750 is unacceptable.I believe that it is important to hold companies accountable for their actions, and I am willing to take legal action if necessary. I am disappointed that it has come to this, but I feel that it is the only way to ensure that companies like Verizon prioritize their customers' satisfaction and ethical business practices.

Very dishonest workers. Very long wait times. Was having trouble with a new phone getting to activate, was told they didn;t have any of that kind there to replace it. Then after them working on it for like 2 hours and still having issues they magically had that phone in stock to replace the defuncted one. Was also told I could get home internet for free, but they couldnt explain why, then I found out its because I had a loyalty credit that they didnt tell me about that they wanted to me use for that service instead of taking the credit towards my bill. Was alo told I could do a free trial on home internet for 30 days, took the device home only to be chagred for it and an activation on it. Theres a ton of other things they misled on, but you get point. Just shifty salesmen. I got such conflicting info from the different salesmen there. Was also told that they wouldnt take in my trade-in phone because I placed the order online. Found out that was a lie as well.

Brittany and her team has been amazing. Bought a phone and had some issues with the s23 because of an app that my wife has to have. Came in the next day to trade it out for s22 Brittany exchanged everything and took care of the restocking fee. Highly recommend this store if you’re a Verizon customer or looking to switch to Verizon. Been with Verizon for many years and couldn’t be happier with this experience.
