The Manager at this store 9409 Shelbyville Road Kentucky 40205 and their representative Richard are incompetent, unprofessional and misleading . The lack of customer service that they provided is just rude and unjustifiable. The misinformation that they give will just turn you around and make you not want to ever be a part of Verizon and just look for a different phone carrier . This was the worst experience I’ve ever had . They should be ashamed .

Every Verizon store is messed up. They will never get your bill right it will. They will tell you all the phone lied to your face in person so don’t go to Verizon. They lie too much. Every store i’ve only been with this place nine days. Everybody lies to me that talks to me over the phone or in person bunch of liars. They will lie to you about your bill. They will tell you one thing and charge you something else they cannot get it straightened out so don’t go no Verizon stores. They’re a rip off it’s s no good stay away. Go somewhere else.

I’m contacting the FTC about Verizon and its business practices. I have a business account and today I threatened by Verizon because I was supposedly delinquent. They tried billing me for services I didn’t have and then they tried to “adjust” my payments without my consent. I’ve had to waste my entire day off explaining to these idiots how the mistake was theirs. As far as I’m concerned they owe me money now. I shouldn’t have to do their accounting for them.

Always a great experience, I needed a tool to gain access to my sim card and one was provided at no cost, complete with a demonstration on it's usage.

Kenya helped my mom transfer her number over and all of her data to a new phone. She was so incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely ask for her if you visit the store.

I will never do business with Verizon again. We’ve been in bureaucratic hell for 3 months now trying to return an internet box that no store will take back. We’ve called customer service every single week trying to get this resolved. Initially, they had our address wrong on the account due to the sales representative’s error. They assured us time and time again that they corrected our address so we could receive the box only to call again a week later and find out our address was still incorrect. Eventually, someone cancelled our account without our knowledge and now we can’t even access the portal in which they could virtually send us a shipping label that we could attach to the original shipping box ourselves. We’ve been to multiple Verizon stores trying to get them to return it on our behalf and they all send us out the door with a promise that they’ve resent the return box only to later find out they sent it to the wrong address AGAIN. Now customer service is saying they can’t even send us a return box because our original one is lost. We can’t receive a shipping label because our account is canceled. The Verizon stores just call customer service on our behalf and get less accomplished than we do even though customer service keeps telling us to go to a corporate store to resolve the issue. This corporate office told us there was nothing they could do because we’re outside of the 30 day trial even though we requested the return box within the 30 days. We just want to return their equipment and get the charges removed from our account because we requested the return box and disconnected our service well within the trial period, but no one is helping us. It feels like we’re being scammed. They’ve made the return process so difficult they’re hoping we give up and pay the charges. Well, this company is never seeing a dime from us. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Burea if this issue isn’t resolved soon.

Signed up for a 3 year contract. My price has been changed multiple times. Now they have canceled my plan and told me they no longer offer it. So I am now paying more money for less service. How is this legal? If I buy a car, at a certain price, for a certain term. You can’t just change the cost, and then take my car away and say it is no longer offered and now I have to drive a car with a lower value. They refuse to fix my plan after multiple calls and online chats. They refuse to acknowledge what they did and instead try to explain how if I spend more and I get less I’ll be happier. Now my services with Verizon are useless to me and I’m paying more than agreed to. They won’t refund my money or let me return the phone. It’s not my fault they engaged in illegal practices and were sued. I shouldn’t have to pay their legal fees! Not to mention their latest cost increase raked in 11.5 billion which is more than they even settled. So not only am I paying for their legal fees they are actually profiting off of defrauding their customers. We have to stop supporting these companies greed!

Service here has severely gone down hill. People drag their feet, don't know what they are doing; and have little to no consideration for others. Don't waste your time going here, in fact I may be dropping verizon all together.

4 star review for them to be able to fix what another corporate office in Louisville did not assist with
While there was a slight wait this corporate office was able to pull my SIM card from broken display phone. And supply into a older device until I was able to get my broken display phone replaced *like I wanted*
this corporate office on Shelbyville road Had to deactivate and return the phone. Another corporate office sold me & profusely apologized outer loop Did not give me all the options and just outwardly
upgraded a device that is not even 6 months old
When I mentioned the device they upgraded me to is not even 3 hours and within the 30 day return policy they asked if I didn't like the phon?e I replied not the issue the device is probably great; Your other corporate office used another line on my account to upgrade me on my device after they figured out what chaos was unleashed on my account they couldn't refund the $145.09 upgrade fee & there's a $50 restocking fee BUT they were able to refund $65.10 of the $145.09 .... That's $79.99 difference
Only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is they were unable to file a warranty claim for the busted display phone I originally wanted repaired
It's pretty bad when another Verizon retail store AND another corporate office across town tells you to avoid corporate office Outer Loop
Thank you for all your help

After years of using Verizon with really no complaints. Verizon 800 customer service emplyees are the absolute best!!! Everytime I have call everyone is so nice and helpful.I'm annoyed with the sales tactics used by this store. Had problems with the way they worded their screen protector return policy. When they sold it to me with brand new phone I was told it was warranted and if the screen cover for any reason malfunction or was damaged bring it back for a new one. That wasn't true, fine. Slightly annoyed, whatever buy a new one. However, while in store Rep was pushing a "extended insurance policy" for ALL electronics in home. $25 a month. Be warned this does NOT cover physical damage. They will tell you it covers "everything" and "any damage." This is a outright lie and they know it. High pressures sale and dishonest tactics will never build a healthy customer service relationship. It's a shame this is the only corporate store close to me.Just thought other customers should know before paying out $300 a year for nothing.
