4 star review for them to be able to fix what another corporate office in Louisville did not assist withWhile there was a slight wait this corporate office was able to pull my SIM card from broken display phone. And supply into a older device until I was able to get my broken display phone replaced *like I wanted*this corporate office on Shelbyville road Had to deactivate and return the phone. Another corporate office sold me & profusely apologized outer loop Did not give me all the options and just outwardlyupgraded a device that is not even 6 months oldWhen I mentioned the device they upgraded me to is not even 3 hours and within the 30 day return policy they asked if I didn't like the phon?e I replied not the issue the device is probably great; Your other corporate office used another line on my account to upgrade me on my device after they figured out what chaos was unleashed on my account they couldn't refund the $145.09 upgrade fee & there's a $50 restocking fee BUT they were able to refund $65.10 of the $145.09 .... That's $79.99 differenceOnly reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is they were unable to file a warranty claim for the busted display phone I originally wanted repairedIt's pretty bad when another Verizon retail store AND another corporate office across town tells you to avoid corporate office Outer LoopThank you for all your help

After years of using Verizon with really no complaints. Verizon 800 customer service emplyees are the absolute best!!! Everytime I have call everyone is so nice and helpful.I'm annoyed with the sales tactics used by this store. Had problems with the way they worded their screen protector return policy. When they sold it to me with brand new phone I was told it was warranted and if the screen cover for any reason malfunction or was damaged bring it back for a new one. That wasn't true, fine. Slightly annoyed, whatever buy a new one.However, while in store Rep was pushing a "extended insurance policy" for ALL electronics in home. $25 a month. Be warned this does NOT cover physical damage. They will tell you it covers "everything" and "any damage." This is a outright lie and they know it. High pressures sale and dishonest tactics will never build a healthy customer service relationship. It's a shame this is the only corporate store close to me.Just thought other customers should know before paying out $300 a year for nothing.

It is the year 2023; you haven’t figured out have to have cell phone service in Shepherdsville and Waddy, KENTUCKY??!! ?. I’m in Waddy right now just 2 miles off the eway and I’m having to find spot to be able to have service enough to write this. Ridiculous!

I went to this location yesterday on my lunch break and the young bl young lady that was there. I thought she was going to help me but she seems like she was trying to get rid of me by giving me a number to call. She had a bad attitude w me for some odd reason?!? The online service told me I needed to go in person and show proof of my business. So I did! I was pre-approved for a business line. Come to find out nobody likes dealing with business lines at this location. I was supposed to receive a call back yesterday from some gentleman that was trying to push it through after verification. The manager was on a called from a gentleman that was assisting Richard and that they would call me. I tried calling and it just goes to call center. So they knew exactly what they were doing to send me off like that. I wasn’t rude to anyone. I just wanted a business line or a regular line. I’ve applied 4 times yesterday online and once on 19th and they tell me to come in and I still get no assistance. One lady yesterday told me it was approved. Yet I still have No phone because nobody wants to help or call me back. Horrible because I really liked Verizon I had them before.

Colby was very helpful today. I've had issues with my cell phone off and on for months. With my fingers crossed, I think that it is finally fixed.

Terrance was wonderful!! He spent almost hour correcting what happened at satellite store. Had to talk to several dept. trying to solve where phone was. Ended up having to turn it over to security. He was so patient. Verizon is lucky to have him!!

Long time Verizon customer here. Dissapointed. Service is usually prompt and effective. However, on my last visit, I waited for about 60 minutes to even be logged into the service queue, and then the agent was unable to help me and told me to call Verizon help line. I expected better service from a Verizon company store.

My phone went through an update, and would no longer shut down. One person here was clueless. But a second person seemed more knowledgeable about fixing the issue. She found a workaround that was acceptable.

Can’t contact the store. No communication between Business Department and store either. Verizon has definitely gone down hill since my last upgrade. I see no reason to pay this much for sub par customer service. No one was able to see if a phone was in stock online or by phone and was advised to just go in and check because they had no access to the system?!? Turns out the phone is back ordered, but I still had to waste 2 hours to find that out when a phone call should have handled it!
