Exhausting experience with this store. Purchased new phones with a 2 year contract in April. Explicitly told by employee (J) that extra charges for phones would drop off of the bill once the trade-in was 'processed.' Fast forward 4 months, charges have not dropped off. Went into the store again twice this past week. Spoke to one employee (T) who said that the original employee (J) made a mistake and that he (T) would rectify it, but that it would take 48 hours. We were patient and allowed 72 hours but noticed that nothing changed on our bill. Wife went back to the store and spoke to a third employee (C) who said that both J and T made mistakes and that T didn't finish the process of fixing the issue, but that he had gotten sick and was out of work, fair enough. A major issue is that we don't get to speak to the same employee twice. They can promise or guarantee us anything they want, but there is very little follow through due to the company shuffling the employees to different stores on different days, seemingly on purpose. How many exhausted customers just give up and accept being lied to and over-charged due to having to repeat the same story to different people over and over?
TLDR: we've been overcharged by $23.33 per month for 4 months, and without our persistence, this would never have been fixed.
On another note, reading through the 5 star reviews of this store makes me suspect that AI bots or an employee is writing these reviews. They all have a similar tone, are roughly the same length, and use phrases like 'extremely satisfied, insightful service' and other red flags of AI usage.

I arrived here at the store today to check on deals on a new phone and I am very happy that I was able to purchase a new Galaxy s24 ultra. I was also extremely happy with the service that I experienced with our customer service representative. I would highly recommend this store and the fellow who took care of us today.

Went to add new line to my account. Store representative was very helpful, told us about all the discounts and offers they had. Made changes to my account, store representative gave me great discounts, would recommend this store very highly.

I needed a new screen protector and I went into the store last week and everything was super nice and very easy. I hate putting on screen protectors so I was very thankful for the help. Thank you to the representative that helped me!!!!!

I come by this Verizon store every month as I work a couple doors down. They are very understaffed. It takes about a hour just to get a free attendant. Should never take this long to make a payment.

Hi I got a new phone yesterday and my old phone was around I say was 8 years old and I couldn't do anything with it so I needed to transfer some pictures. The gentleman that helped me yesterday was great I had more questions today and came back and another separate gentleman help me figure things out because I am very computer illiterate.

I came to the store with an outdated LG phone with a cracked screen looking to update. Not only was the service insightful and very helpful but I was able to get 1000$ off the new Google Pixel 8 Pro. Kieth was extremely helpful and I am very happy with my new phone! Def recommend this Verizon store!
