Needed a new phone as my screen was cracked. Andrew was quick to help and knowledgeable about what I needed. He helped get my new phone ordered and offered to help if I had any trouble setting up my new phone!

I did an insurance claim for my phone. Got to the Verizon store for help transferring all my stuff over. The sales guys at the store were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They got me taken care of and were a great help. Thanks!!!!

I came in here to the Verizon store at Dixie Highway and I had a big issue with my phone not charging. The guy at the store backed up my phone and did a factory reset. It seems to have worked and my phone is taking a charge. Thanks for the help.

Came in to get help to set up a replacement phone and left with 4 upgrades and all the accessories! I didn’t realize what an awesome deal there was available to us on our account until the sales associate let me know. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I got a lot of help today from this store. My son's phone broke and we're using an old phone but the SIM card wasn't working. I was having a lot of issues getting a new SIM card. The guy here was super helpful. He got me activated on a new SIM card so my son can use his phone. I'm a happy customer.

I come here every time I have a problem with my phone. Also every couple three years when I need to get a new phone. It's always straightforward and to the point. Verizon actually helps you with your issues. They don't try to get rid of you or send you to customer service.
