Waited outside in the curbside pick up for an order I placed for over 20 minutes! Went inside just to find out they don't have the order ready because the person apparently didn't show up for work today. Obviously someone was in because I received a message stating my order was ready and got an email confirmation. They wasted my time and gas money to drive out just to wait for pick up tomorrow. I should receive a discount for the hassle! Absolutely ridiculous

Honestly if I could give 0 I would. I understand short staffing, I really do. But to be calling and be on hold for 4 hours and be hung up on 8 times during that 4 hours is ridiculous. The store manager was absolutely 0 help because "she can't tell them not to hang up". Literally just needed to cancel a prescription so I staffed pharmacy could actually fill it but they just pick up and hang up like they're not dealing with peoples medicine!

PLEASEEEEE do not choose the drive thru over going inside. It's over an hour wait. Learned the hard way, I am 8 months pregnant and got trapped in the two lanes for that long with a full bladder. I don't understand what the issues is. Every car takes over 20 mins, every single time I come here. I get to the window and it's 5 mins. Like are these people just sitting and waiting for the prescription to be filled ????? Going inside isn't as long of a wait but it's still over 25 mins standing in line. Ridiculous

I walked into the Walgreens on Terry Rd and cane run Rd I was browsing the aisle when a young lady asked me if I needed help I said no and didn't think nothing of it but 2 minutes later a man walked up and asked the same then I got suspicious so I said I just told the girl I didn't need help why are you asking again he said he was the manager and his general manager told him to at this point I knew the deal when I walked in there was 1 sales associate at the counter but when the manager approached me there were 5 employees at the counter watching me I knew I was the only black person in the store and it was humiliating the way I was racially profiled and singled out because I was black they didn't ask anyone else if they needed help I left the store I was so angry but I went back in to get names of the managers lo and behold everyone was gone from the counter so that let me know for sure I was being singled out and discriminated against BLACK LIVES MATTER

Right now this review is based on the service that I have received and seen since moving over to this store by my insurance at work. I went over to transfer my insurance a week ago and was told that they would transfer my scripts in a couple of days from the old pharmacy, well when I went in about a week later nothing had been moved. Well I was very disappointed when that happened and I am glad that it was a life of death situation because I would have probably been died if I had to wait on either of the pharmacies to do the job that they are supposed to be doing and with this pharmacy being opened 24 hours I am sure that there is time during those hours to call and get this done. I just don't know what the job world /customer service is going to.

Based on my Walgreens Pharmacy experience, I would not recommend this particular Walgreens for pharmaceutical needs. I have a family member who wasn't doing well. After his doctor's appointment, we came to this Walgreens to pick up the prescription that his doctor said shouldn't take long. Unfortunately, there was an issue with his insurance, so Walgreens didn't/couldn't fulfill the order just yet. My family member received no phone call stating that would be the case. We didn't find out until after we waited in the drive-thru line for at least 20 minutes to speak to an employee. Fixing the issue on his insurance's end, we decided to go to another family member's house, then come back to Walgreens hours later to pick up the prescription. This time, my family member tried calling Walgreens beforehand to make sure the prescription would be ready. He waited on the phone for 50 minutes and no one picked up- I had him take a screenshot of the time (shown here in the photos.) Hoping for the best, we waited even longer and went to Walgreens hoping it would be ready. I walked inside this time, was helped after the pharmacist finished assisting the person he was with, and waited a bit longer for him to grab the prescription. He said he'd been working alone for a while, thus hadn't been able to get to the phone. My family member has since changed his preferred pharmacy for prescriptions.
