I went shopping at this Walgreens, they took a long time to serve me and in the end they told me they didn't have the key to open the shelf, since the workers wouldn't have the key, it's a lie, they don't want to work, nor look for the key, very bad service at this Walgreens

this is solely a review for the Pharmacy!
SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED & LIARS!
for atleast 2 days now they have had there drive thru closed an u have to go inside/ so yesterday i went & picked up 2 meds that were ready, I had two more that were due today (feb 26) on the app it shows Delayed/Reviewing Prescription- so fast forward to today, i waited til about noon & checked, still said the same thing, i knew the 25th was 30 days so it wasn’t too soon to fill or anything like that. i called, first time i waited FORTY THREE minutes an no one ever picked up. waited a while, called again, seventeen minutes- no pick up, tried one more time which i waited twelve minutes an decided to call an just speak to the front house manager to see what was going on, they said they only had 2 people working, the line was through the aisles, they were just too busy answer. so i thought, ok, let me call my insurance company before i go up there and wait in this line an see if it’s something on ins end. They tell me they cleared one on the 25th & one on the 27th- so if they weren’t ready yet it was something on the pharmacies side (didn’t half the medication in stock , behind on orders, etc) so great, i knew i was gonna have to go an wait in that line, i do that- finally get to the register ask them what the deal is. the guy at the register says they are “entered, just haven’t gotten around to filling them yet” so i asked is there anyway u can expedite this, because i go on vacation March 28 (both medications are meds u can’t fill early) so i need them filled today, in order for the dates to line up an me be able to get them filled next month before i leave for vacay. i explained only one of the 2 i was most worried about bc i wouldn’t be able to go a whole week without it. he said he would go talk to the pharmacist an see what they could do, he goes talks to her (i hear her back there giggling & stuff when he is talking to her) he comes back an says tomorrow at the earliest because insurance won’t pay for it til then. mind you i ALREADY spoke to my insurance an they told me everything was good to go on their end. plus, if that was the case, he would have told me that when he first pulled it up!!!! so i left & called my insurance AGAIN just to double check. and what did they tell me? That it was cleared for insurance payment yesterday-
and i guarantee it’s gonna be some kind of BS come tomorrow-
they are the closest to my house an most convenient. i have humana an they have some crap now u can only have one pharmacy on your account in a certain amount of time, so i don’t know if i can change! but best bet come next month i will be calling and inquiring about that!
Do yourself a favor & don’t go here! they are always understaffed so bad they only have one person up front an one pharmacist- so they close the window an u have to go inside an wait in a line 20 people deep, what about people with disabilities?? and it’s hard for them to get in & out an they NEED the drive thru.
I’ve never had a problem with the other part of walgreens tho. that’s the only reason i gave more than one star- i wish u could review the 2 separately

This is by far the WORST WALGREENS IN HISTORY. I have been having the hardest time getting my son’s prescriptions for months now. The pharmacy, the pharmacist, and the staff all suck. People who work a general 9-5 and have children to pick up after school don’t have the time to get to the damn pharmacy before 6. It’s absolutely ridiculous and baffling that the neighborhood pharmacy is NOT accessible.

This isn't the best Walgreens I've ever been to. The shelves were not very well stocked. Couldn't find some The vitamins that I was looking for. The fragrance counter had very little in it. But I don't know that might be something they're getting away from. I just happen to notice that when I walked in. The store was clean. But I wasn't greeted by any of the associates.

All I can say is horrible service by Andrew so disrespectful when they messed up they closed early due to staffing totally understandable so I went to another location
The other location said if I got it filled there I would be charged so I said that’s OK. Don’t do it. I’ll just go back there tomorrow so when I come back down here, I guess where she pulled my file up. Somehow he did transfer down there this man Andrew if that’s what you wanna call him proceeded to holler at me scream at me tell me I had to go to the other location And I’m asking why would I go back down there when I didn’t tell them to fill it can you just fill it here because I’ve waited in this line and this is your mistake. They never even notified anybody that the pharmacy was closing early until like 8 o’clock that evening they sent out an email so if they could send it out at 8 o’clock, why couldn’t they have sent it out at 2 o’clock when the pharmacy closed Again, all of the above is not the problem the problem the problem was Andrew and his way of handling customers being that he is the pharmacist, the young lady the tech that was at the window was great understanding and remained calm, but this Andrew I was in a different space in my wife. I would’ve called my husband to come up here.

The walgreens at 5100 has the worst customer service, a few weeks ago I scheduled my flu shot, I went in for my appointment and they told me they couldn't do it because they were to busy and to go somewhere else! I had an entire appointment. And they refused to honor it! Then yesterday I went in to buy a card and the lady that was the cashier, never looked up from her phone once when checking me out!! The whole time her eyes were gluded to the screen with phone in hand! It was unprofessional, impolite and inappropriate!

I'd give negative stars if I could, these people clearly have no idea how to answer a phone! Why have phones if you don't know how to answer them I've been on hold for two hours then they finally answer and hang up without even saying anything! Best part is this ain't the first time it's happened

Some stuff is just ridiculous. I do not like some of the staff, they are very rude, not professional at all. Always playing on cell phones....like wth Walgreens, what is going on....?!

Not sure if she’s the pharmacist or answers phones but she has no business working with the public and people who need medication for quality life. She is incredibly rude. Patients are going 16 hours without medication due to the incompetence of this pharmacy,
