The worst attention I have received in my life. I begged the cashier to sell me the medication they prescribed for my 4-month-old baby who had just left the emergency room and a very heartless girl told me that it was not a special case and that I would see her next day. But it happened to me before and the next day I was still there, they told me that after 3 hours. If I could give zero star I would. I never tired of begging for my baby's medication, which I even told him I was willing to pay for my baby to get better as soon as possible and his only response was that he is a special case. Obviously I will change pharmacies as soon as possible and I would not recommend it to anyone. I thought that because I am Latina I have been treated so badly but I was already able to read the comment of an American with a bad experience as well. Which means that the bad service they provide is normal.

Was in drive thru for 1/2 hour only to be told they couldn't give me my script after I got 2 text messages to pick it up the day before. Due to not being able to check my information due to their ATM being down?Rude people. And not professional at all.

Wouldn't pull my prescription from a Walgreens that was closed. Just a bunch of excuses as to why they wouldn't pull the prescription. This location is ok if you can get your prescriptions sent in or transferred over before the other Walgreens close.

A prescription for my daughter was sent to this pharmacy as our regular pharmacy didn't have it in stock. This is the Walgreens at Hikes Lane and Bardstown road in Louisville Kentucky. The cost of the medicine was $190. We found the same medicine at another pharmacy for $21. It is currently 810pm and we have been attempting to contact this pharmacy since 4pm. Nobody will answer the phone. I called the front of the store and someone answered who transferred me to the pharmacy and I got an answer then. I told the gentleman on the phone that they would receive a call from the other pharmacy and I needed someone to pick up the phone when they called. Of course when the other pharmacy called they did not answer. My child has now missed two doses of an antibiotic and has an untreated infection. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Staff tells me they are really busy. I understand as I am a nurse but 4 hours and nobody can pick up the phone is ridiculous. I will absolutely never use this pharmacy again and fully intend on sharing a review and letting everyone to know that if customer service is something you value then this location is not it.

I wish could give this location zero stars, they are very rude and unprofessional and need better training, I've called back to back 7times after being hung up on by a guy who sounded like he didn't wanna help rushing me off the phone he was very rude and put me on hold and then hung up after the 5th time being hung up on and place on hold and not being helped, I called two more times and a young lady picked up she said "yeah" very unprofessional, you are at work that's not how you answer the work phone, so I explained to her what I was calling for and asked if she would be able to help and she said yes, she put the phone down and never came back to the phone I could hear everyone's conversations and everyone talking in the background about the prescriptions they needed I kept saying hello after 10mins of waiting I hung up, and still couldn't get help or my medicine, these people need more training and if they don't like the job and working with the public maybe finding a another job where they are not angry and having to deal with the public and Because this is unacceptable, I will not be returning to this location very unprofessional.

Zero compassion, unbelievably rude, poor service, fuck this Walgreens. May they be swallowed by a sinkhole. Oh, and to the bitch in pharmacy who hung up on me for no reason extra fuck you in the ear with a corkscrew.

the app won't stop crashing and every time I call im left on hold for hours. I'm just trying to get my medication delivered since the 2021 hikes lane location is too far for me and im ripping my hair out trying to get any sort of help from anyone.

There's a pharmacy tech with two streaks of purple hair that needs to keep her facial expressions in check! Bottom line is, if you are going to be bothered by a customer asking you a question about a medication, get yourself a desk and a remote job.

Due to Covid, the employees work hard to provide the best customer service. A customer came in to pick up prescriptions and she was upset the drive thru is closed. The employee explained to the customer they are short staffed multiple times, and she still complained. If people are so concerned about the staffing issues then they should seek employment and be the solution and not the Problem! Update: I called on 3/31/2023, at 7:30 pm to asked about the cost of my prescription. I was on hold for 8 minutes and then I heard someone raised the phone and hung up. This is unacceptable I understand that staffing is an issue. However to have the audacity to pick up the phone and hang it up is not the right thing to do. Shame on you! I will go elsewhere for my pharmacy needs
