Always a long wait. Medication never ready on time, sometimes takes days to fill a prescription.

Always on hold for at least 20 minutes and always have problems getting my prescriptions filled. Hours of operation change from day to day have been a loyal customer for over 4 years. Changing locations at the first of the year.

They are very accommodating and help you when there’s delays and insurance issues. But you have to make sure you call in or check with them to follow up once you do they’ll look into everything. I definitely give them grace and patience since they are always working hard to fill tons of orders all day until close. They are hardworking and a nice staff. This has been my location for 3 years now.

I just feel like I need to put this out here so that everyone knows and does NOT go to WALGREENS ON FEGENBUSH AND OUTER LOOP. I have always had issues with them being rude and terribly slow but yesterday took everything to a whole other level. Dawson was prescribed an antibiotic for his double ear infection... when I went to pick it up, no one told me anything, handed it to me and sent me on my way. I get home, I give it to him, relying on the dosage labeled on the bag. When I went to give it to him this morning I actually read the label on the bottle, which is labeled with SOMEONE ELSE'S information (name, address, doctor, dosage, etc.) - along with that, ITS EXPIRED. I have NEVERRRRRR had something like this happen. Connor calls them this morning and the manager on the phone was speechless and very apologetic, told us to come back and they will fix it. We go back this afternoon and the pharmacist argued with us about how they can't do anything about it and she isn't sure what to do... so of course, we're upset. Walgreens manager comes out (who isn't a pharmacist, on the computer, looking through HIPAA information) and talks to us about it, asks for "our side of the story" and then proceeds to laugh at me when I explain how serious of an issue this is. They end up calling the cops on us bc we didn't get out of the drive through... all the while, not one person in the pharmacy says sorry. So fast forward, the cops go in with Connor, they remake the medicine for us after putting the old bottles back into the bag for us, forgetting one of them and the list goes on. This was the craziest thing that has ever happened to me and I will NEVER trust them to make any of our medicine ever again. Just thought all of you should know and probably choose a different pharmacy.

Everyone was doing their best to help each person. The pharmacist , Chelsea Tyree, was extra helpful in getting my medication approved through my insurance company and filling the prescription. I was there Saturday Sept 2, 2023. The store was crowed with people of different ethnic families or groups. Most did not speak English. I don’t know whether they were planning to become citizens of the United States or not. If they are going to live in the United States, they need to learn to speak English. Because of the language barrier, the moving at the pharmacy was slow. Don’t blame the workers because others choose not to speak English.

The racist white pharmacy lady refused to fill my prescription. I had my Dr resend the prescription because of the storm that damaged and cause to close the Fern Valley location so I told my Dr to send my script here. She said tomorrow is my birthday and I refuse to fill your prescription. What that gotta do w each other. Don’t go here at all. 0 stars if I could. Never felt more racism in my life

After 5 separate trips to pick up my prescription and I still don't have it. I will go out of my way to avoid this pharmacy.

This store has no diversity, when you go in there they all stare and give you a nasty look. Paranoid and very uncomfortable outside their own race. I know you don't want us in your store, but you should always have cashiers and stop letting the line wrap around the isle.

I've had wrong prescriptions filled, I've been told I haven't ever been enrolled in Auto fill when I'd been for months. Multiple members of staff working under the pharmacist are frequently rude. Im giving three stars only because I think the front of the store is superb.

I am always inconvenienced with this store nobody was at pharmacy waiting and usually you can get a flu shot. I didn’t have an appointment which is new this year because last year the Walgreens that was on outer loop gave me the flu shot with no hesitation. I got to drive around Louisville to get a flu shot.

The drive thru pharmacy is sooooo slow! There is never a time the line isn’t backed up! It makes no sense! If the persons prescription isn’t ready don’t have them wait at the window! Someone needs to call corporate or they need to get some rationale working the window!!!!

I had no choice but to give them one star because they really just need 0 stars. The pharmacy at this Walgreens is awful. They is rude and disrespectful. I picked up my Medicine from them yesterday and it was the wrong one and they told me to come back today to get it fixed. Come to find out today that the medicine is the same medicine just with a different name. Like, they could of told me that yesterday instead of being disrespectful.

On 10/6/22 I went into the store to the pharmacy to purchase Sta-hist. The women at the front counter very abruptly and rudely told me it was a prescription only. I immediately called another Walgreens to verify because I hadn’t needed a prescription in the past for it and that Walgreens told me that a prescription was NOT needed. I then called the pharmacy I had went into so I could speak with the pharmacist directly. He proceeded to tell me that this medication required a prescription. Well that’s interesting because I went to Kroger about an hour later and picked some up at their pharmacy no problem and no prescription and they told me Walgreens lied to me! If the pharmacist doesn’t know what a prescription is then that’s concerning. Won’t be filling prescriptions there anymore. Customer service has really went downhill!
