They are quick with processing a picture order, and usually there exactly what I expected. Reasonably priced, with variety of designs crafts etc choose from

TERRIBLE pharmacy techs that get attitudes every time you tell them to do their job. I've worked for Walgreens, been a pharmacy tech, and been in healthcare for 15 years. I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism that I have at this location. It is something every time. This specific time, today, the pharmacy tech on duty was absolutely ridiculous. Not only did she have a STANK attitude with both myself and my fiance, but then made sure to walk away from the window, leave the phone speaker on, and wait 10 minutes so it would hit 8:00 and she didn't have to do her job. I know the tricks of the trade honey, and you can't fool me. We will be switching pharmacies immediately. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

Had help getting photos out of the cloud to enlage to 5x7 for Christmas presents. Tech was really helpful. Inexpensive process. Also had the right size frames for what we wanted to do.

Over an hour on hold and still couldn’t get thru. Been hung up on numerous times as well. I was able to get another Walgreens to transfer the medication I needed but I will be transferring all when I have a couple hours to spend waiting in line. The sad part is according to the automated system only one person was ever ahead of me. They just clicked it over until they hung it up. About as unprofessional as it gets. I need a pharmacy I can speak with if I have a question about a medication and this is obviously not the one.

I came yesterday and there was a sign that said the pharmacy was closed for the day. I came back today and had to stand in line for 40 minutes, only for them to tell me they needed my insurance info. They didn't bother filling the rx in the meantime, they just let it sit there. I give them my info, and go to the back of the line. 40 more minutes go by. I say I'm there to pick up. She tells me they're out of stock. No communication in the meantime, no one called my name to let me know. They do have my phone number. In the app, it's listed as "in-progress." Normally I use CVS but they didn't have what I needed this month. This place is a joke.

I had my son’s amoxicillin sent to Walgreens on Staniford Plaza Dr on Tuesday. Got to the pharmacy only to see a sign that said they were closed due to no pharmacist, but would be open the following day. I called the dr’s office to transfer to another pharmacy but they couldn’t bc “it was already at Walgreens”. So I came back today (Wednesday) after work and stood in line inside the store (quietly and patiently) for at least 40 minutes only to be told it wasn’t ready and to come back in 30-40 minutes. I returned about 45 minutes later only this time in the car line (my kids were with me at this point and had forgotten their shoes) I got in the car line around 6:30/6:45 and pulled up for my turn at the window at 8:00. I reach for my card to pay and look over to se a girl put the closed sign in the window to shut down for the night. I pushed the call button several times as the other cars behind me honked their horns. They got on the phone to tell me they close at 8 and hung up. I’m not incredibly proud of what followed but my kid needed his medicine. I knocked/banged on the window. The girl answered the phone to say sorry they were closed. I had a few words with her trying to explain my situation and what had happened earlier. She said they had closed the registers, that she was sorry, but they were closed and hung up. Again I banged on the window. (Earlier they placed carts behind the 3 other cars that were behind me as well as the 2 others in the far lane of the drive-through to block any others from getting in line as it was near closing time… but we had all been there) she answered again, but a girl with strawberry blonde hair took the phone from her and said “the registers are closed… we close at 8:00…” and in a sarcastic tone, cocked her head to the side, gave me a snarky sideways grin and finishes with “have a nice day” then shrugged as she giggled. I about went through that window…. Looking back, I know I was not by any means, being polite once I pulled up to the window, but my kid was sick and not feeling well. The blonde girl couldn’t have cared less about anyone in that line. I didn’t call and gripe about them being closed the day before. I was polite waiting in line the store after work. I didn’t honk or yell while in the car line (at first). Why not finish the line of cars that had been there? The first girl, I could tell, had no authority or say in if they should finish with the people in line or close the store… she was at least trying to apologize and I believe was generally sorry. But the second girl, again couldn’t have cared less. And that smile she gave me at the end. Ooooo I was irate. I mean why even put the carts out behind the line of cars if you weren’t going to finish out? What if the people behind me needed blood pressure meds or were diabetic and needed insulin? Or if there were other kids that were hurting as well in those cars. My family gets all of our medications from Walgreens and my husband has an autoimmune disease so we fill our meds there A LOT. But not anymore. 0/10 stars.

I placed an order through doordash. The initial email indicated my order would arrive between 9:31 and 9:41. I tracked the order and it was clear the dasher was at the Walgreens location waiting for them to fill the order. The order contained only 4 items. The order was delivered at 10 pm and was completely wrong. I returned the wrong order to Walgreens and requested a refund or for them to give me the items I paid for. Walgreens refused both of these requests. I get that doordash was at fault as well. But clearly Walgreens shared part of the fault because they caused a delay in filling the order. I was in the store when I returned the item. I didn't see any other customers and at least three people were working. Thus, I can't understand why they took longer than anticipated to fill my order. What's more troubling is they didn't even thank me for returning their items. I'm not sure if they planned to redo the order or just give the dasher the bag I returned. I hope they redid it because it's concerning that they would allow delivery of items to someone else that had contact with a different customer during the pandemic. In conclusion, this store isn't very helpful and I have some safety concerns. My advice is to head across Preston and go to the CVS.

Good Walgreens that I stop and get different snacks or medicines different things in the Hillview area. It's located in a convenient location right next-door to a Walmart and a speedway convenience to get in and out of and every time I go in there it's nice and neat customer service is good

They don’t call you to let you know they’re out of a prescription. My daughter is 17 months old and has strep throat. Her prescription was called on at 3:45pm, and when I went to pick it up, they said they were out until tomorrow. It is almost 8pm, and they couldn’t call to tell me that, so I could call the doctor and find another pharmacy. A baby with strep can not wait another day for antibiotics! I asked the very rude lady at the window, if she could call another Walgreens to see if they have some in stock, and she told me I could go there and have them call this pharmacy and they could switch it over. Not knowing if they are out of it there also! If a doctor has a prescription for a baby, care about the people you are dealing with and don’t act like it’s just another job. GIVE THEM A HEADS UP!!

Manager Justin is very nice and seems to be working hard to make this a better pharmacy but Kendra the transfer from another state is horrible. Rude. Extremely rude. Of course I have had trouble with this pharmacy over the years. But I feel confident that Justin will be able to do something with this store.
