This is the worse Walgreens pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. Their staff is not properly trained and gives clients false information about prescription. They are understaffed at this location and lack professional experience. I have been doing business with Walgreens for the last 20 years but after this last issue, I will definitely be getting my prescription from Krogers or CVS in the future. Save yourself from the headache and go somewhere else.

I know staffing is a major, major issue in the healthcare fields currently however, having to wait for an hour past an appointment time isn't appropriate. I think that perceptions and expectations need to be altered so that the pharmacy staff are able to do their jobs. Appropriate expectations completely changes the customers experience.

I love Walgreens. I have been going to Walgreens for 32 years. Recently I had surgery and I've had to ask for medicine for pain. And I don't even go overboard or do anything wrong I'm just a good person. I'm actually a Christian. I hope I don't get killed for saying this. But I don't deserve the way I'm treated by Cane run or Dixie highway when it comes to my medicine. I don't deserve it. I've never once stepped over the line on anything ever ever ever. I was raised to be a good person and I don't deserve to be treated like I'm not

Very rude today. Had a appointment for a Covid test. I couldn't find the email but I screenshot my details. They didn't want to help, I've been feeling bad since Saturday evening and I made it online. Will not return. They should treat people like they want to be treated.

I had the doctor send over a prescription on 11/12 for my son’s medication, I then went to Walgreens to pick it up and they said they didn’t have it. When I went to my sons doctors appointment today 11-20 I called the pharmacy and pick them on speakerphone so the doctor could hear. She told me once again that she didn’t have a prescription for my son and the doctor told her he was looking right at it in his system. So she told the doctor she could take the information over the phone and the doctor gave it to her a d she suddenly said that she noticed the prescription in the system and confirmed the amount and dosage with the doctor and told us the cost and that it would be ready in an hour. We went to the pharmacy 3 hours later and was told the medication was not ready and that it was not even in stock and that the dosage information was incorrect. I was very upset at this point because the doctor ?⚕️ had already confirmed this went the pharmacy over the phone before we left the office. They told m that it was now my responsibility to get in contact with my doctor to call the pharmacy but I felt I should not have too since they had already speak with him and confirmed everything. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me to call in 20 minutes. I called to talk to JOE and explained the issue and how I have been having issues with the pharmacy for a while. He explained to me that the prescription had been filled and sent to Hikes LN. I asked him why would they send it all the way out to Hikes Ln and I didn’t ask for that and he continued to say that he didn’t work when they were there and that he would just talk to them. I asked him how can I file a complaint and he cut me off and said do you want the address of the pharmacy where the medication is located. I said can you provide me with the information I requested first and he disconnected the line on me. I called right back and he disconnected the line again. I then called the pharmacy on Hikes Ln that they sent the medication to to find out that they don’t even have the stuff in stock. I am definitely reaching out to corporate. Never use this Walgreens. It is always something and they don’t know what they are doing. I wish I could rate them zero because they didn’t help me in anyway

I understand the pharmacy staff is very busy, but that’s no excuse to treat people poorly. I tried to pick up my prescription that should have been filled days prior that was just sitting in my account with no action. I’m then told they don’t have the product that I need for a procedure that is quickly approaching. I call today to get the status of my prescription and the phone keeps disconnecting on their end. I finally get through and the person on the other end kept interrupting me while trying to tell him why I’m calling. He tells me my prescription “should” be ready today, and as I’m getting ready to ask when I can anticipate being able to pick it up, he hangs up! Again, I understand you’re busy, BUT DO BETTER!!! I’m in customer service and I provide health care to people. You failed today Sir!

Have been using this pharmacy for years with no problem. This month and last month have had to request multiple times a prescription that I have had filled there for 5 years. Was told they did not know how to file with my new insurance. When I called the insurance, I was told they had filed a claim for the medication and it was filled. The staff seemed clueless. Incredibly unhelpful and uncaring staff. Will never use again, but hardly think they will even care that they have lost a long time customer.

The pharmacy staff at this location is bad, from the pharmacists down to the pharm techs. They continually lose prescriptions, or medication isn't in stock. Example: Prescription was sent on the 19th, Walgreens called and informed us the medication isn't in stock because of a shortage, and it would take 2-3 days. When calling them on the 22nd, we were told they didn't have it. Called again on the 23rd,24th, and 26th. Was told on those 3 days that not only did they not have the medication, but no prescription for it. Asked to speak to pharmacist.when asking him, he said they have the prescription, but not the medication. When asked what we could do, he hung up. We will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere.

It was good, other then the fact I am broke and wasn't able to buy all the stuff that I want, especially to find it on sale! Lol I am always referring People to Walgreens just because I save atleast $10 cash off my purchase every other time I shop! Simply done by just doing my regular shopping, I only wish I had known sooner that I could redeem my Bonus points for Cash amount deducted from my whole purchase because it was very helpful & the timing couldn't have been better! It help me out many times, and I tell people until I am Blue in the face but most people seem to have this impression that they are priced high but its simply just looking at the YELLOW tag that is NEXT to the WHITE tag because just adding a phone # will make a huge difference!

I've experienced better customer service at McDonalds than with both people I spoke to on the phone today at 5100 Dixie Hwy Walgreens. Before I even had a chance to speak, it was very clear that I was a nuisance. I have started calling Walgreens to ensure the pharmacy has what I need before I show up because the website is showing incorrect amounts of in-stock merchandise. One of the locations I visited yesterday explained the incorrect amount as being the result of theft. So sad. With all the options for pharmacies, save yourself the negative experience and try another Walgreens location or a different company altogether.

I came in to this Walgreens to receive my 2nd COVID vaccine and everyone was very polite and they had me in and out very quickly.

I just wanted to share my recent experience with Walgreens. I just called to refill my daughters prescriptions early with the disaster relief code (which I provided). My daughter is an 8 year old Ecmo survivor with COPD and chronic lung disease. In addition to ECMO she has had 5 additional lung collapses due to respiratory viruses. She takes 6 daily maintenance meds, 3 of which usually have to be ordered every month. In light of covid-19 and with her health history, I do not

5 trips to pick up prescription. Repeatedly kept delaying. On fifth trip to pharmacy, they told me they were too busy to figure out how to enter my insurance. Ended up calling insurance myself and putting them on line. This was my first experience with this pharmacy. Took greater than 24 hours to even prepare it. Kept being told they are very busy. Will not return and honestly don't think they really care.

I have been going to this store for years and have always received great service. They have consistently maintained a friendly staff. Which we all know is a major factor in determining if you will return to shop there.
