The staff is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. When you work in customer service you should be respectful to customers- the employee I’ve dealt with the last 2 days has been the complete opposite of respectful for no apparent reason.

Had a great pick up experience at the Walgreens. The technician answered my questions. She was efficient with getting my medication. She also gave me some information that I did not know until this visit. The best part about this visit, I now have answers and didn't have to deal with that annoying bot 🙄

This is my favorite Walgreens. I stop here often on my way home from work and I am usually greeted by the sales associate Vinny! He is so nice and helpful even when the store is busy! It’s obvious he genuinely cares about his job and seems to be an all around nice person. Thank you to Vinny for always smiling and being so polite!!!

I was just in one of my favorite stores (StonyBrook) and there was only one sales associate running both photos and front cash register. He maintained his professionalism and had a very positive attitude considering management left this young man to cover what would normally be the work of three. To still be able to keep his composure and provide excellent customer service and assistance. I would have given this store five stars but management made that impossible. Bob

Vinny was very respectful & nice. Had a great conversation and got fast service even though was short staffed. & The other gentleman that was working wasn't able to catch his name was grateful that he stayed to help keep the store running

This pharmacy has gotten much better. Have dealt with the pharmacist, Jeremy, a few times and he has been so helpful. Pharmacies in general are slow these days, but this one does their best to accommodate.

Slow service.....waited 30-40 minutes at the drive through nearly at stand still, few cars in front of me. Later, I went inside to pick up medication, waited for about another half hour. They have plenty of staff, why did they not send another team member to assist customers? Eventually, more customers had build up the line behind me. Next time I am not going to stop by here.

Walgreens needs to shut this store down. The pharmacy staff does not have their act together. One of the most dysfunctional, lying, and unprofessional group of people this company has on staff. Every refill is a complicated mess which poses a health concern with patients on routine medication. The techs usually provide some fabricated story as to why your medication is not ready. The techs are usually on their phone while waiting on customers in the drive thru. Hopefully someone from the Corporate office reads these comments. Given you are in the Healthcare industry, you cannot ignore these issues. You need to restructure your front line employees and get this under control. Or you will continue to see customers leave.

Horrible place to deal with. They call to say prescriptions are ready and after driving sever miles to the pharmacy, they can't find them. That happened often.
