Kathy the pharmacist very rude I called in with a concern and she was cutting me off from the start and had an attitude and then accused me of having one and told me she would refuse to fill my medications. I’ll be reporting her as well. She made me feel uncomfortable with her unprofessional attitude.

Why can't Walgreens stagger there lunch breaks with pharmacy employees. This not the corner of happy and healthy. More like the corner of frustrated and perturbed. Than dont get me started on Supply chain issues. It blows my mind that as big as a company Walgreens they can't seem to keep meds in stock. I dread very month when I have to call around to Walgreens to find my meds in stock. Than deal with hours of operation and lunch breaks. Its just not very well run company anymore.

Waited in line in the drive through at the pharmacy for 15 minutes. When we pulled up to the window they pulled down the shade and put up the closed sign it was 6pm Sunday closing time but we had already waited in line 15 minutes. So wrong!I blew the horn. So upset, my husband couldn’t get his BP meds, and I needed an antibiotic for pneumonia. So rude, I guess I should have went inside and waited at the counter with the flu. They never have your medication ready takes days to get a script. I will change pharmacy.

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Have been to this pharmacy numerous times and have never had an issue with any of the staff.Wish negative reviews would be more specific about the issue at hand in lieu of just saying they are bad.I would have given them 5 stars but I feel like 5 stars should be for service above and beyond normal work responsibilities.

Forget this place if you have pets. You will never get your script. I called last night they said they still haven’t got anything from my vet. I called my vet they said they submitted it. She said they will double check to make sure that they had the right location. She called me back and said it was the correct location. I called Walgreens back they said they still don’t have it. I had to call my vet back again she verified it was there. I called again. I spoke to a man who said they would get it ready for me they had to link it to me and he asked for my birthday. he apologized. about an hour later I went up there to pick up the script and they told me it would be another 30 minutes because they had to link it to me. . They asked me for my birthday again. I went back 45 minutes later. They still don’t have it. My dog needs his meds.

I cannot get this location to stop harassing me. I have come in person 3 times telling them I no longer do business with their pharmacy and they STILL continue to call telling me my script is ready. I told them to stop auto fill as I NEVER enrolled in that even when i did business with this location. I haven't been there in nearly a year, so how scripts are being filled there is BEYOND me. I will be reporting this location as it seems nobody there knows how to do anything but work a cash register because I can't seem to get them to stop calling me and filling scripts I am not even getting filled there. My doctor's offices aren't even sending scripts there, they are just auto filling old scripts and with me not being there in almost a year, I dont know how they are doing that since all my scripts have since been filled and sent to the pharmacy I now do business with. Take me off and out of your system. This right here and many other reasons with this particular pharnacy is why I will never work with a Walgreens pharmacy to save my life. Normally, I am not this irritated, but how many times do I have to beat this dead horse?

There is no zero stars to give. So giving one star. I went there, for Covid vaccination (2nd booster), and I was told that it is only for the age group of 50 and above, and I did not take the vaccine, still they updated my record as that I have taken the vaccine, and submitted the bill for claim. Calling insurance to report that now.

I seen some terrible reviews about the pharmacy but I was in need of getting some pics printed off my phone.I want to say that I was helped through the whole process. I was informed of the Walgreens app that way I could order from my phone and just go in and pick up.Very friendly and helpful .this will be my Walgreens go to in the future.

The staff here was very nice. A girl named Lindsay helped me out. She was very sweet and helpful. I will exclusively be coming to this Walgreens for my medicine needs.

I dont even know what to rate this as. I don't know if it's Walgreen policy or the pharmacist but they obviously don't care that they are taking my money and won't return it!!! I went to pick up 2 of my prescriptions for my mom today. One is some antibiotics and one is an ointment for her eye. I didn't know that they take a box from over the counter and put it in as her prescription and so her insurance didn't cover (I didn't know until i got it since i was at the drive through window!). Noticing that it didn't cover i talk to the tech right away and she said they can't do anything about it cause it's a "prescription". Like "what the hell?" I'm still at the window and they won't return my money!!! But yet if you walk into Walgreen and buy the ointment since it's over the counter, you can return it!!! I felt like I just got ripped off right in front of my face and i can't do anything about it!!! I cant even tell you how livid I am right now...arrrhggghhh!!! Walgreens need to check their stupid policy again

This pharmacy is terrible and they need to know it.Drive thru is randomly closed half the time. Prescriptions notified as filled are never filled upon arrival. Lines are long and wait times exceeding 30 minutes.I scheduled a booster vaccine only to be informed that they are out upon arrival. Here's a clue....call people to cancel so that they don't waste time, gas, and planning trying to make the trip.I wish this pharmacy all the luck and business they deserve.
