This pharmacy used to be decent but has been fairly bad recently.A couple weeks ago I showed up to pickup a prescription they had let me know was available only to get 10 out of the 180 pills.I went back last week, after they let me know the rest were available, but the price had gone up considerably, so they told me they would hold it while I looked into it.I went back tonight to pick up the remaining 170, but they couldn't even find the prescription. They found an old one (previous prescription) for a different dosage that they said they could have ready in 20-30 minutes. I waited 40 and went back only to have them put the "closed" sign in the window while I was waiting for them in the drive-thru!? I told the lady who finally answered the bell that I had been told to come back tonight, but she simply said their register was down so I would have to come back tomorrow. Are you kidding!? FOUR trips to the same pharmacy for a single prescription, and I still don't have it!? (ALL after having been told it was ready! ?)What are you doing Walgreens....trying to push people back to CVS (across the street!)Signed,Disgruntled Customer

waiting in line for several minutes to pick up my meds and the lady looks at me and says rudely "we're going to lunch". then quickly closed the curtain on me as i explained my need. i then went to manager at the front cash register and told him what happened. he literally said nothing, not one word to me, didn't seem to care. pitiful customer service.

The phone system is terrible. I waited over 30 minutes only to get hung up on. I called back and waited another 15 minutes to get my prescriptions refilled. I was told that they would be ready in a couple of hours. When I went to pick them up I was told that one was not available. There was a long line at the counter so I simply asked if they would be ready by Tue and she said that she didn’t know. She offered to give me 5 pills but I would have to wait for the pharmacist to authorize it, but she didn’t know when that would be. They are totally disorganized and unapologetic and they do not deserve my business.

We come here our photos and love their service. The staff is always friendly on helping me look up my wife’s account and pick up our photos. They make running that errand a breeze! 5 stars!

Annie is the best associate I've ever seen. The kindest woman I've ever met. Never let her go. She makes my experience every time I come in. The #1 reason I choose Walgreens. She goes above and beyond to help my entire family and knows us all by name.

You have one employee, a very large heavyset woman whose name tag I couldn't read on her hip, who works your front register who is extremely unprofessional. I'm in the store shopping two to three times a week cuz I live just next door and half a time I come in she's always working. And everything out of her mouth is something negative and complaining to every customer that walks up to her register. Today she stood with the customer in front of me and complained and complained about working too hard with part-time hours. Complaining that "i only worked part-time, but im going to develop raccoon eyes but I'm happy still have a job working I guess". She's a very negative person, and you can literally read the facial expressions on every customer that they are uncomfortable with this awkward conversation she's starting with them. Being forced into a uncomfortable or awkward and negative conversation with your employee letting all of your customers know her negative disposition towards your company is extremely off-putting for us shoppers.

I really hate having to tell pharm techs how to do their job, they will not listen to the customer. The pharmacists are fine but one tech in particular has a horrible attitude. They probably already know who she is. Thank you.

The service at this Walgreens is terrible.They filled a prescription with the wrong drug. When I went back to tell them, they were rude and denied it multiple times.The female pharmacist had to be told to read the label on the bottle (not on their label) before she was convinced. There were zero apologies and she still had a bad attitude with me. My doctor was shocked and recommended going to a different pharmacy. This is only ONE example of the poor service I experience regularly.

I have a spinal cord injury at L1. I have pain 24 hours a day. It is painful just to sit down.However, when I come in to fill my pain medication, the pharmacists immediately treat me like an opioid junky. I get harassed every time I come in.Such a rude pharmacy for people like me. Awful pharmacists!

Does not answer the phone, good luck trying to fix any prescriptions. I'm in from out of town and can't believe any store is fun this way! Ridiculous

Worst Walgreens branch ever. Rude staff, pathetic communication regarding prescriptions, printer never works. All the hell is at this branch.
