My doctor called in a prescription yesterday morning. However when I called half an hr before they closed for the weekend they said there was nothing even called in. My doctor said he did. Now I have to wait another day to get meds I really need by calling a pharmacy who is open over the weekend. Never going with you all again.

I have been going to this pharmacy on Westport Rd for probably about a decade. Prior to covid, they were excellent. After covid, I'm honestly surprised they are still open. I have given them chance after chance for years now, hoping things would go back to normal, but it is literally impossible to simply order your prescriptions every month and then go pick them up at the expected time. I will be switching all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy now. I don't know where yet but this is the last straw. I was supposed to have 12 prescriptions ready at 3pm Friday. 3 are ready by close on a Friday and they are now closed till Monday. Prescriptions aren't a suggestion that I can just choose when to take them. This happens every single month. At this point, I would be extremely surprised if all my prescriptions were simply ready without numerous problems. Also, it's bad enough how the hours have changed so drastically but being closed on the weekends is not ok. Especially after not fulfilling prescriptions on Friday. I can't do it anymore. This makes me sad because there are a few good people at this location, like Robin, but it's just too difficult to deal with this location. I imagine I'll try Amazon, Kroger, or maybe Walmart, they definitely can't be worse. This location is just broken and simply doesn't work anymore.

Good selection of items but the employee checking me out was on her cellphone the entire time. Never said a word to me but was yapping away on her cellphone. Didn't even look at me. Please just go ahead and replace these people with a self checkout kiosk.

hours are super inconvenient for ppl that work. open at 9 and close at 6 and closed on weekends....

Excellent pharmacy staff, these women do not get enough credit. They work diligently, communicate well with each patient, and are show a lot of tolerance and patience each shift. I’ve seen them receive some very harsh language and attitude from patients, and handle these situations much better than I would. Just felt like they deserved an attaboy…been coming here for over three years, and have had great service, eleven through Covid and staff shortages…Grateful that this is my neighborhood pharmacy

Nice's people of any Walgreens I have ever been to in my life. Furthermore, they saved my ex's day tomorrow by literally telling me to have her resend the pictures and within 5 minutes they had printed them, here at 7:30 at night.
