It has taken 11 days to fill my BP/HIGH ZC medical. Still no refill
No one will answer phone. I am heading to the ER Zniw and will contact attorney for negligence on Walgreens 7338 Dixie Hwy KY 40258

Would give 0 if I could. I don’t know if these people are rude or ignorant, I pick up the same RX everyday every month and they always have “a problem.” I hope someone who actually cares sees this because I didn’t want to write this review but after another hour of being on hold just to get talked to like a dog. It happened just now they say they’ll do something like put notes in the system or tell somebody then the person says well I was never told that and they treat you like you’re making it up. There’s a black woman in there who always says she’ll leave the notes but when we ask for a name it’s different each time tonight it was a woman named “Tim Tim”. Long story short they’ll take their short comings and frustrations out on you instead of facing the fact they have 2 Stars on their website it’s because they have no customer service without being condescending. I’m going to start writing one of these every month they screw up my prescription which will probably be every month. Thanks for nothing and wasting an hour of my time Tim Tim.

I wish I could leave a 0 star. They never answer the phone. Was on hold for 3 hours just for them to close before they picked up the phone. Have called before to be on hold for hours and they just hung up.

if i could rate any lower i would. not only did they fill the wrong medicine after i told them specifically what i needed, i sat on hold on the phone for almost 2 hours before i just hung up. they’re also extremely slow both in store and through the drive thru. definitely do not suggest using this pharmacy, they suck balls. (also normally i just refill my medicine on the app but my doctor had just given me refills for 30 days instead of 15 on my medicine so i couldn’t use the same rx number to refill it)

I was sent to this location from the 5100 Dixie Highway the pharmacist at that location was Andrew and he was just horrible so horrible that I even sat there and called customer service before pulling out of the lot. I am now at Dixie Highway in Greenwood this young lady is so understanding and very professional, I just want to give a definite shout out to her. I will never go back to the other location. I don’t care how long the line is at the others. Andrew needs to be fired. Alexis at Greenwood Road needs a raise. She just was wonderful. She handled the situation so great so apologetic for Walgreens. You have a really great employee in her most definitely a keeper you need more of her and less of that Andrew Alex very good job.

Today just calling to co firm my. Hild medication was available and the blatantly dismissive attitude coming from the pharmacy is disgusting. Find a different job if this is so horrible for you.

This is the only Walgreens in Louisville that doesnt answer the phone but also the pharmacy staffs will hang up on you after waiting one-two hours! Im currently at Walgreens at Greenwood rd and Dixie hwy calling just to see “WHY they dont answer their phone, they are joking and playing around doing nothing while the phone is ringing ringing ringing”!
