The pharmacy had me on hold for one hour and forty minutes so I had to drive there to ask why my prescriptions still have not been filled. I usually get texts alerts if prescription is delayed for any reason but I didn’t receive any. When I got there the line was 10 people deep. I have chronic pain and it was hard for me to stand in line that long. When I got to the front of the line I asked if I had any prescriptions ready and the woman said no. I informed her that my dr sent over prescription 5 days ago for the third time, she said they didn’t have it. She told me rudely to tell the nurse to call it in for verbal confirmation, I said how she going to call when they don’t answer the phone, she said “ma’am if there’s nothing else ….., as you can see we’re kinda busy here”! I was floored by the amount of rudeness and unprofessionalism. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I’m sure they can care less. It’s so sad that this is the norm in society today.

The woman in the picture is one of the two employees in the Pharmacy that were very rude and condescending to my elderly mom. We visited the Greenwood Walgreens store on Sunday evening. It was about 20 minutes before closing time. My mom had to pick up her blood pressure meds. She usually picked up at another store but her doctor told her to go to this one in particular. The woman in picture "tried" to locate meds and acted like it wasn't in system at first. Then miraculously found it under her name. Imagine that. Then another light color haired white woman came up and asked why her doctor sent her thereWe had no idea except maybe the other Walgreens was on back order for it. She then said in a not so friendly tone that they were closing in 17 minutes and they were not going to fill it. She wasn't apologetic, not smiling, didn't offer any customer service care of any sort. Just plain rude and cruel. I'm not sure how long it takes to fill a prescription. Other Walgreens tell us to come back in 10 minutes even if it's not our regular store. This woman showed no empathy what so ever. I truly believe that She enjoyed being mean to my mother. Walgreens closed at 6:00. She had plenty of time to fill prescription she just choose not to and instead refuse service to my mom. My mom is an elderly woman that doesn't dress well all the time. She doesn't feel good. I believe this pharmacist woman was prejudice against my mom. She should be reprimanded and start treating customers with the most upmost respect. It's not right to treat people with not any dignity . We will take our business elsewhere and will be taking this situation to a higher in command.

Whoever worked the register tonight had a major attitude for no reason. Asked a question and she just gave a rude gesture like "Sure, whatever." But didn't talk once.

If you value you time and sanity DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION to fill your prescriptions. The pharmacy is always backed up. The Pharmacy will close before they’re supposed to. And most recently, their pharmacist was a no show on 5-27-23. Meaning no one could pick up their prescriptions. And if your prescription was already ran through your insurance, you can’t get it at another location unless you call corporate and go through the hassle of backing out your order and placing it at another location. Which I was able to do, thankfully.

I have been going to this Walgreens (7338 Dixie Hwy) for years! I have never had any problems with any part of this pharmacy. During all these yrs they may have been out of the med I needed, twice. I do know there has been several times where they have been short staffed but the ones at work stepped up and took care of business! A+

So far so good with the staff here. Just started shopping here right before Christmas. Store is always clean, and well stocked. Employees are very friendly. Love shopping at this Walgreens!!

I received a text that my prescriptions were ready. But out of the 3 times I went to pick it up, I was either told they could not find it or it did not exist. I reordered it and 3 other. I received a text that they were ready. Then I received a text that 2 of them were not ready. I called the store to see what was the issue. I was on hold for 38 minutes then hung up on due to it being lunch time.I stopped by the store on the way to work. I was there for a total of 25 minutes. During this time I see 9 people working. 1 a the drive thru window, 2 at the counter, and 6 working on prescriptions. The whole 25 minutes I was there the phones rang and rang, but no one would answer them. When I was finally waited on I was told that management told them not to answer the phones. Very sad way to run a business.I told the young lady my issue and that I tried to call but was put on ignore. She was very polite and apologized for the corporate greed causing all of these issues. She could not explain why 2 of my 4 prescriptions were not filled and told me that I would have to come back tomorrow at the earliest to pick them up. I asked if I could have the two that were ready and have at least a couple of the pills that wasn't ready since I have been without them for 2 days due to Walgreens incompetency! She went and asked a lady who told her no and that I would have to come back tomorrow.I asked if there was anyway possible that they could do it now? She asked and told me that they could but it would be 30 minutes before they could get to them. I told her that I was on my way to work and could not wait 30 minutes. So I leave without the medication that I needed and have done without due to Walgreens incompetency. 10 minutes later I get a text telling me that the medication that would not be ready for at least 30 minutes was ready for pick up. Imagine that!!!Very sad customer service. I can definitely believe now the rumors that Walgreens is Going Out of Business or going to be bought out are true. If not, they should be.

pharmacy always has an attitude very very rude even the manager of this store ive seen yell at customers complete chaos ! they will have about 15 people back there and still have a line running thru the back of the store if your prescription says its ready once you go up there they say it will take over ANOTHER 2 hours ridiculous !!!! would not recommend using this pharmacy !

The attitude of the people that work in here is a joke. It takes everything I have to keep my cool with these people every time I’m in here it seems. That’s the end of it though. I’ll never do any business with any Walgreens ever again under any circumstances.

Pharmacy staff is RUDE! Bad service. They will be talking to other staff while they have you waiting at the counter, they will look at you and keep talking like you're not even there..

Literally pathetic! No Pharmacist on staff and so many cars wrapped around the building out to the road. Can't pick up meds that are ready, the close at 6 today. I will be here past that before I can get to the window
