Had a terrible experience with the manager Val Ryan at this store. We have sick people at home and we've used same day delivery from this store multiple times. Today we placed an order at 4pm that was scheduled for 6pm and it never arrived. When I called the store Ms. Ryan was misinformed and stated that the store didn't offer same day delivery. I explained I was looking at the website and it clearly showed that option. I had placed multiple orders. The staff were rude and said "I must be tripping" and refused to assist. Immediately after our call the store cancelled my order. I called Walgreens national support and they apologized repeatedly and were very surprised that a store manager wasn't aware of same day delivery which is placed through their own website. I called back and first Ms. Ryan hung up on me. I called again, explained that I talked to national support and confirmed they offer delivery. She continued to argue and behave rudely. Never once did she apologize or seek to make things right. I have sick people at home and trusted Walgreens to provide a delivery. We won't be making that mistake again. Shame on your Ms. Ryan. Walgreens deserves better.

As a medical provider never call a prescription into this pharmacy. They have no respect for your time and continually transfer you onto another hold.

Walgreens is my trusted health and convenience store! It's always well-stocked, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. From prescriptions to everyday essentials, it's my one-stop shop. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to pick up a prescription that is regularly field every month. The pharmacy had it but we had to wait in line three times. Second when they called our names saying it was ready. There was a discrepancy in price due to the fact that the technician chose the wrong coupon for the copay we were expecting they adjusted everything we stood in line again. However I can't imagine someone who's very ill leaving the doctor's office to come in there and dealing with those kind of wait times. It would be good if the employees were more prepared to deal with people who are not feeling well and more, empathetic, and quicker. You know what's social distancing it's not good for an ill person to have to wait in the waiting area. It exposes the other customers to unwanted terms and illness.

Friendly and helpful employees. Many Walgreens brands available plus 50% discount on the second item of the same kind. However, there are limited products available due to the size of the store.

I was given the wrong prescription my the pharmacy and returned it immediately, only to be told I had done something wrong. They treated me like a criminal and spoke to me with the least amount of respect possible. I saw the person who had given me the RX and asked her to confirm only to have her say "oh you'll see me on the video" it was so un professional, then she called me names! All in front of the store manager! After an hour they realized it was there fault and only one person offered an apology. They embarrassed me and have no customer service. The pharmacist and the pharmacy tech should be fired!!

Evening store manager very rude and definitely unprofessional. I had son in law pick up a $194.64 order, mainly prescription but a very few other things. When he got home later that evening with my order the cokes were left out , I placed order so son in law didn’t know what all was in order. I called and manager said order had been picked up. I tried to explain and she talked over me. She acted like I was making it up about not receiving $8.00 cokes. She would put some cokes at counter and we could call for curb service. I said that is a joke and could I get a refund and I’d just get my cokes at Kroger. She said no. Live and learn.

Second time in a month I wait in line for 10 plus minutes and when it's my turn to the drive thru they put a sign they are closed. Once in the evening and once today at their so called lunch break. Nothing to let you know hours while waiting in line or red light to let you know closing...or just about Anything. Corporate America is an anticompetitive oligarchy. Inside the manager couldn't care less about any of this as they shrugged their shoulders.

Not sure what happened but the service and competency at this pharmacy has plummeted. My family has recently experienced the most unprofessional young woman pharmacy tech who is full of attitude, flat-out rude and unhelpful. This was one of the best in the area and, given the high number of seniors who rely on them, as my parents do, I'm very concerned.The one star is for the pharmacist who is actually always superb and continues to do her best given the issues with the tech staff.The closest other options are the CVS on Lime Kiln and Kroger's pharmacy at Holiday Manor. If you don't want to unnecessarily raise your bp, you may want to try one of them.

I had the absolute worst experience trying to get my medication at this Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacist Jerri is the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with in customer service. So incredibly rude and did not want to help at all. She acted like doing her job and helping me was putting her out. Extremely unprofessional. I will never ever go back here

The pharmacy has gone downhill fast. I have been a loyal customer at this location for 7 years, however, I will be taking my business somewhere else. The employees have become very rude, short and they are unwilling to help. Every time I have been in line in the last three months, they have denied, delayed or ignored a majority of their customers. Their customer service is horrible. If you have ANY other option, go there.
