Loud brunette manager female telling her employee to make sure I and another black woman dont steal. Having him follow me around the store. My office walks here daily. Never again!

Ugliest customer service ive seen in my life.
Jasmine the team leader is total trash. She should be example for her employees but she is just trash.
I came to take passport photos which is a service they offer, first employee lied said the camera is broken. Then this jasmine started giving an attitude and then gave 2 photos instead of what i requested i wanted 4. I had photos i need to print she said she cant do it. Total trash 🗑️. Never in my life going to this location

If you want to be treated like a drug lord, this is the pharmacy to go to. If you want the people waiting in line to know what meds you take because the pharmacist and the staff do not know what HIPAA is, this is the place for you. If you want to increase your anxiety and blood pressure, this is the place for you. If you do not respect yourself and want to be further disrespected, this is the place for you. If you have any ounce of caring for your own health, please go somewhere else. I am not the first to complain about them and won't be last. Something has to be done, or this pharmacy needs to shut down.

My wife and have Walgreens customers for more than 15 years. Our usual location is at Frankfort and Bauer (the customer service there is amazing, it’s like family) this location was quite the opposite. The customer service couldn’t have been any more Rude, so if you like being treated with micro aggressions and suspicion you’ll feel right at home at this location.

Recently moved to the are and was working on having my prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy. Pharmacist on duty has condescending attitude and accusatory statements from the immediate onset of the conversation andmade me feel as though they though I was just a doctor shopper rather than an individual with actual medical and prescription needs. The pharmacist also treated the situation as if I was a burden on them for wanting to switch to their pharmacy rather than making me feel welcome at this location. If I could rate this pharmacy lower than a 1 star I would just because of how this pharmacist treated me.

I was in walgreens to pick up rubbing alchol and cold and sinus medicine. I'm standing in line and the cashier was an old woman with a salt and pepper bob, parted on the side, with glasses. She was having a full blown conversation with the old man in front of me who was with his daughter. The problem IS/WAS he was already rung up, bagged up, and checked out. The man acknowledged that he was holding up the line. He said "I'm sorry I'm holding up your line", her rude old prejudice self replied "NO YOU'RE NOT" and proceeded with the conversation and started exchanging numbers with the man. I said "yes you are" slammed my things on the counter and now I'm typing this review from the parking lot of CVS. Only an idiot would've spent money there after seeing how rude she was. She didn't even say hello, or welcome when I came in CVS

Horrible experience. Driving on Shelbyville Rd is a headache in itself. Was sent to 4 different Walgreens up and down Shelbyville, just to be right back at the first stop. I needed my overdue psych meds and had my severely autistic son with me, who had a huge meltdown because of the wait. There’s a small little pharmacy on Dutchmans called Art Jacob if you’re eligible to receive prescriptions there.

The pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacist refused to fill my life needed prescription one day out of the blue because they're too unethical, lazy & so busy they're cutting filling a lot of prescriptions, especially suboxen, tele health prescriptions etc. Don't expect to get your meds here everytime. You might end up like me and get called by the mean pharmacist lady having a bad day & talking to you like you're doing something wrong and refuse your prescription even if you will die without it! Don't go here if at all possible

I had to rate a 1 to leave a comment HORRIBLE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS HIJACKED MY daughters prescription for amoxicillin she needs they received the prescription 5 minutes before they closed on a Saturday not open on Sunday so her prescription would not cover it at another pharmacy so my sick baby had to wait until Monday for Walgreens to fix their computer and make it right claiming the money for a prescription they did not fill and I cannot even get for two days never have I ever had a good experience with ANY WALGREEN PHARMACY RANT OVER but they’re petty

Pharmacy review: I have used Walgreens for years and have lived next to this one for quite some time now. It’s my last minute shopping spot and normally pharmacy. The customer service has been so bad i have considered switching pharmacies. Whether it’s the look i get for medicine being picked up, the non approachable body language, the response given when medicine isn’t ready, or just the whole experience asking questions, they seem to just not want to be there or working. We all have bad days i understand, not every time i visit. Photo center is amazing and normally front check out always welcoming :)

The young male cashier never said a word to me coming in or checking out just now, seemed miserable to be there. A lady behind me asked a question and he grunted "I dunno" nothing further, no request to find out or ask for the manager. These teen and 30 somethings have the worst attitude, no customer service whatsoever.
