Was the last car in line at the pharmacy & I pull up at 6pm on the dot & they would not give me my prescription I desperately needed. I pleaded with them for my heart medication!! They refused me after i waited in there slow line for 25 minutes...I was here also on new years eve & they had a dirty sign saying they closed an hour earlier just because they felt like it. This pharmacy is unprofessional, rude, & should not be in business. Shame on you people for how you treated me tonight thats a disgrace & karma will come back around for how dirty you do the public.

I was in the pharmacy line before 6pm on the day before Christmas Eve. When I got to the window at 6:02pm they refused to provide me my prescription as they closed at 6pm. I was the last person in line and I was turned away. It needed my prescription. I’ll find another pharmacy.

Not a fan of the pharmacists because they're rude and stupid. I wish i could give negative stars but Google doesn't give us an option for that.

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy. No calls from the pharmacy to let you know your prescription is held up. Wait on hold for 20 mins for the line to just ring until it disconnects pass poor customer service😡😡😡😡

I’ve waited on hold for 20+ minutes three separate times, and got hung up on each time before getting to ask my question. The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to and it’s been getting worse over the years

All the shelves were mostly empty! I looked for items in 4 or 5 departments but only came out with one item I was looking for! The store looks as if it's going out of business & you're not ordering anymore products. I went to Kroger to get the things I went in walgreen's to purchase

This is based on today's (8.31.24) experience only normally I have no issues except the stock is sometimes out, but I shop on Saturdays so that should be expected and tge pharmacy is normally helpful. Holiday weekend mode I suspect.
Called to see if they have an rx I am on. After listening to the recording telling me the pharmacy staff is busy helping other customers for about 5 minutes, it switched to straight music. Straight music for about 5 minutes and switched to ringing. Straight ringing for about 5 minutes switched to a dial tone lmao!! Based on the other reviews, it does not appear anyone is being helped. Lol

Shimeka was exceptionally helpful when we were trying to fill a prescription for my mom. She answered all of our questions, took the time to find the right answers, and was very patient with us. I'm so grateful for her going above and beyond.

Trying to get ahold of someone over the phone is ridiculous. I sat on the phone for 15 mins for someone to continue to pick up the phone and place it on hold. They didn’t even pick up and ask if I cared being placed on hold. I get if they are busy, but there could still be respect shown to someone calling. I rarely rate anything on google but this is just ridiculous.

the tech in the drive thru at walgreens was so rude. i placed an online order for today that said it could be picked up in the drive thru, i pull up and she goes "picking up?" and i said yeah i have an online order for (last name), and she says "online order?" and i go ...yeah i placed an online order for pickup? she goes "are you here for phar ma cee or online pickup?!" im sitting here baffled and i said "i placed an order online for some items to pickup, can i not do it through the drive thru?" AND SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE AND WALKED AWAY. so im sitting in my car just like umm ok. and she comes back and drops it in the drawer and gives it to me, and on my order it said i need to show my ID since i purchased nyquil, and i asked her "hey, do you need my id or anything?" and she goes "no" and rolls her eyes. i didnt catch a name, but she had black hair and was younger looking. i tried to call and talk to the pharmacy manager and they hung up on me.

Walgreen's 808 eastern pkwy, Lou,Ky A shout out to Danny the pharmacist who found my medication when two other Pharmacy's couldn't or wouldn't. This has restored my faith in compassionate healthcare professionals like yourself. Thanks to your efforts, I now have the medication I require, and it has made a significant difference in my life. Your kindness and professionalism are a testament to your dedication as a pharmacist, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with you.
