Shimeka was exceptionally helpful when we were trying to fill a prescription for my mom. She answered all of our questions, took the time to find the right answers, and was very patient with us. I'm so grateful for her going above and beyond.

Trying to get ahold of someone over the phone is ridiculous. I sat on the phone for 15 mins for someone to continue to pick up the phone and place it on hold. They didn’t even pick up and ask if I cared being placed on hold. I get if they are busy, but there could still be respect shown to someone calling. I rarely rate anything on google but this is just ridiculous.

the tech in the drive thru at walgreens was so rude. i placed an online order for today that said it could be picked up in the drive thru, i pull up and she goes "picking up?" and i said yeah i have an online order for (last name), and she says "online order?" and i go ...yeah i placed an online order for pickup? she goes "are you here for phar ma cee or online pickup?!" im sitting here baffled and i said "i placed an order online for some items to pickup, can i not do it through the drive thru?" AND SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE AND WALKED AWAY. so im sitting in my car just like umm ok. and she comes back and drops it in the drawer and gives it to me, and on my order it said i need to show my ID since i purchased nyquil, and i asked her "hey, do you need my id or anything?" and she goes "no" and rolls her eyes. i didnt catch a name, but she had black hair and was younger looking. i tried to call and talk to the pharmacy manager and they hung up on me.

Walgreen's 808 eastern pkwy, Lou,Ky A shout out to Danny the pharmacist who found my medication when two other Pharmacy's couldn't or wouldn't. This has restored my faith in compassionate healthcare professionals like yourself. Thanks to your efforts, I now have the medication I require, and it has made a significant difference in my life. Your kindness and professionalism are a testament to your dedication as a pharmacist, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with you. Your actions have not gone unnoticed, and I will always be grateful. Wishing you continued success and happiness in all that you do.

The worst walgreens. I live right by it unfortunately, and they never have anything in stock. But online it will stay in stock at store and I will come waste my time look around and then ask someone. Everytime it's the same bullcrap excuse. "Well we may have it in the back and we just haven't unloaded it yet" well go unload it then. Like what. And I say can you please get it for me. And they say no. If it's not on the shelves we can't get it for you. Worst service ever

I switched to Walgreens because my insurance said the pharmacy was within their preferred network. I've used Walgreens up in Northern Kentucky without many issues and liked them. This Walgreens is vastly disappointing and doesn't hold up to the known Walgreens standards. First visit there, the pharmacy tech was very helpful and he was a pleasure but once done with him, the rest of the Walgreen staff elsewhere in the store was less than professional. First, one was openly complaining about the "Big Wigs" coming to the store and another employee was adding her two cents about where the "Big Wigs" can shove it. Then at the register, the attendant was grumpy and not friendly. I get it, people can have bad days, but if I'm paying for goods at your employment that helps pay for your job, then you might want to be a bit nicer. Also, the store looked like a tornado went through, shelves were poorly maintained. My second visit really told me a lot. I drove up to the pharmacy drive thru. Window was clearly open for business. Next thing I know, the blind gets pulled down and I'm told the drive thru is closed with no other explanation. Um, ok. So I figured they were short staffed and couldn't manage the drive thru. I pull around to walk in for the pharmacy. As I walk up, I'm told the pharmacy is closed even though a guy is being clearly helped. I looked at the hours posted sign and it clearly states they should be opened until 6pm. I pointed that out. I get told again, they're closed. I stated again that I'm there within the hours posted on the sign and I need my prescriptions. That's when someone stated they were closed for lunch. Ok, I can understand that but was not told that at either the drive thru or my first interaction within the store. I clearly told the rude pharmacy tech that next time she could say, "we're closed for lunch and will reopen in 30 mins" instead of just saying they're closed so any customer can understands they can come back later. I couldn't see anywhere clearly or big enough to show what lunch times were. Customer service is dreadful there, especially for any new person coming in. If they know you, then they're friendly. If I had hired anyone that had this poor of understanding of customer service for my company I work for, they'd be fired. I have a degree in Organizational Leadership and I'm sick and tired of poor customer relations. There is no excuse. Especially in this day and age. I will also cross post this on other review sites.

This used to be my go-to Walgreens. It is nothing but a dump now. Litter everywhere outside. Inside wasn't much better. No litter, but everything I came there to get was out of stock. A lot of empty shelves.

I went in there today looking for dietary supplements my dr. is wanting me to start taking. I walked around the store to check their prices on other items as well. Their prices over all are about what things are running here. A little higher than what you will pay at the dollar stores. The supplement I bought was a lot cheaper than what CVS wanted for it. The store was nice and clean and employees friendly. I did not use their pharmacy.

Anytime I've been here, the employees have been super nice. One of the managers and I talked in the aisle on 1 of my visits. I told her about life issues and she was full of encouragement. People never know the battles others fight and this lady made my day 100 percent better. I can't remember her name, but she should know this is about her and a big thank you to her! Bless you for encouraging me to hang on for karma. It takes a special person who can both do their job efficiently and go the extra mile to comfort a customer hurting too. There aren't enough people like that in this world.
