The drive thur pharmacy dates are February 11th and 12th. Tuesday and Wednesday Walgreens at Dixie and Crums Land is horrible and I am sure that other people could say the same. The alert on my phone told me to come and pick up my meds both days I had to wait for an hour both days and when I got to the window they told me my meds were not ready both days. It's really only a tube of meds. I heard that people cuss them out a lot. That's the reason Thanks

Horrible pharmacy. My heart rate is in the 130s while sitting and has reached as high as 150 I can't breathe I need my anxiety medicine. I got it sent in Friday. I came to pick up Saturday for them to say they need my insurance card which I should've been notified about in the beginning. So they tell me come back in an hour or the next morning. I come back SUNDAY MORNING. When I should be starting my medicine and ITS STILL NOT READY. If I have a heart attack it's YALLS FAULT. Do your job! I've worked at Walgreens. Y'all are UNEDUCATED AND SLOW. GET IT TOGETHER BEFORE YOU CAUSE SOMEONE THEIR LIVES. Now I have to wait until they TEXT ME ITS READY. When will that ever be? I'll have to start my medicine tomorrow and suffer another day of trying to gasp for air.

The tech that was working in Pharmacy last night around 8:30 p.m. should absolutely not be working in any area of healthcare. She doesn’t even bother to finish her own braids. Blonde plastic weave coming undone and everywhere. If she doesn’t even care about her own appearance why would she care about anyone else? And her level of customer reflects that. Unprofessional and rude. She had me move lanes only for me to pull up and her ask how can she help me again like I was brand new there. Then had the nerve to make a face at me. It also took longer to get my meds because she was on her phone the whole time. I wouldn’t have even had to come here if they weren’t the only ones close with flu meds I needed. I’ll be taking my prescriptions to Kroger from now on.

If you need a passport picture, do not go to this Walgreens, they don't know the requirements of those fotos, they took a pic of your entire body instead of the actual picture, the person on the phone told me to call corporate if I have an inquiry but she even now the phone number, they are the worst customer service ever

I have waited on a call where the pharmacy is saying that there are three calls ahead of me. I wait for 40 minutes and there's three calls ahead of me. Doesn't make any sense when people are calling in sick about their medication.

Do yourself a favor, use a different pharmacy! Horrible service, not reliable, just don't do it unless you can wait a few days for your prescription and don't mind an hour long wait in the drive thru only to find out they don't have your prescription ready anyway.

Finally got somebody to update my information in their system. Now I can get my prescriptions, but I should have never been turned away. Go in on Sunday if you can and DON'T use the drive through. Just park your car and walk in. You'll get much better service that way.

Rude store manager. Doesn’t try to resolve issues. Won’t return. Returned entire purchase at another Walgreens because the manager didn’t honor coupons and the other store manager did. What a joke this location is
