Pharmacy is NEVER open. I've tried to pick up a very important prescription for a week and they've been closed. Takes a long time for prescriptions to be filled. Definitely switching to a new pharmacy. All Walgreens have been this way since Covid.

The way the pharmacy at this Walgreens runs is absolutely unacceptable. They are constantly understaffed, closing unexpectedly at all hours, and not abiding postes hours of operation. I can’t even count the number of emails and phone calls I’ve received about the pharmacy closing and hearing “sorry for the inconvenience”. The problem is that it’s not an “inconvenience” when people’s medical care is in your hands, it’s outright dangerous and irresponsible. If you can’t fulfill your obligations, close the pharmacy so people don’t try to rely on you.

I normally haven't had any issues with Walgreens, but I needed medication that I genuinely can't go without (withdrawals from this medication can be dangerous) and they were closed much earlier than 1:30. I don't like being the guy to shake his fist and talk bad about other service workers because I am too, but the pharmacists there have to realize that medication is necessary for people and closing before the posted lunch-time is irresponsible and unprofessional. This was my only real chance to get my medication before having to go out of state for a couple of weeks, and now I have to go without it and risk getting extremely sick due to these people's serious negligence of responsibility. Usually they're nice, so this came as a huge surprise to me.

I just wanted my meds.... I arrived at 1:20 P.M. and the pharmacy was closed.
Why would you have a close time if you don't go by that time you specify? The website AND the person who was on the phone when I called said the pharmacy closes at 1:30, and yet... when I got there they were closed. I got lost, and I am new here and I was a little bit past 1:20, but I cannot be without these medications. I will need to go to the hospital.
Do better, close at the appropriate times specified or FIX the website times listed.

Stop in here occasionally and went in this morning just to get some change. Made sure the cashier knew I needed it before she opened the door for the customer in front of me so she wouldn’t have to open the drawer just for me. She told me that she couldn’t give me change. I then purchased a $.45 piece of candy and handed her my $20 bill so I could get the change. I asked if she could give me at least two fives. She said that wasn’t possible. I said, lots of rules? And she replied yes, we have a new manager. She did make sure I knew it was senior citizen day and I’m not sure if I got a discount on my small piece of candy or not. When I told her she could keep her receipt, she replied it wasn’t HER receipt, but she’d throw it away. I understand rules but this seems a little over the top. Thanks for the customer service new manager, won’t be stopping in your Walgreens again.

This Walgreens pharmacy location is one of the best experiences I've ever had with an pharmacy in my 20+ of going to them. The staff is always polite and quick to answer the phone, but, they do get busy like all Walgreens and you might be on hold for more than you like but I think that's to be expected these days. They've always been courteous and knowledgeable about any question I've asked. I always try to let them know that I apprecaite their hard work after having so many bad experiences at other pharmacies in town.This is in total contrast to the Walgreens pharmacy on Baxter and Bardstown which treated me so poorly that I felt too embarrassed to go back and switched to this location, which I am very thankful to be able to use. I'm sure all of ladies over at that location would have a good laugh at this, as making fun of customers is a past time maybe they think they can only hear.

The pharmacy and store staff are always courteous and helpful. Prices are comparableto the other pharmacy in our neighborhood.The store is clean and tidy and well stocked when I visit. They also offer fast delivery on most prescriptions. This I really appreciate.?

This Walgreens pharmacy encourages ( insists to be honest) you to go to CCS or Kroger pharmacy to get your prescription filled . Why work for Walgreens if you refer your patients to competition?

I was overcharged 7.99 for a greeting card I did not purchase. I had to leave town and have not been able to go back for a refund. The items were for Hallmark cards that were gifts. I don't have the cards anymore and not sure how to get a refund? I was told they were giving me a $4 off coupon and received 7.99 extra charge for merchandise I did not receive. Very disappointed.

Walgreens has always been my go to place for my immediate needs even considering I get my pick up my prescription there they offer cosmetic tools. They offer health tools and they also offer in store healthcare. You can go there and grab milk, frozen foods, drinks, etc. And it's always been my go-to conveniency
