Today I was at the pharmacy and they didn't care about closing the door in my face. My medication had been requested in advance and I arrived on time and the young women who were there today closed the door in my face because I arrived before 6 pm to the line, and I got to the window at 5:57 pm for no reason they didn't attend to me saying that they had to close already. My son needs that medication and it's always something different with them. Where is the respect for the patient? It's something outrageous.

Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered and so unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived to the drive-thru at 5:32. There were 4 cars in front of me. I waited 34 minutes just to be SECOND in line. I heard the worker tell the person in front of me that they were closed and no longer helping patients. The customer was like me- completely undone by the fact that we both waited almost 40 minutes for medicine and didn't receive it. Also, who takes 40 minutes to wait on 3 drive-thru customers?! Close this place down. It's a waste of space and resources.

What's the point of having a store if your pharmacy is open 0 days?
Just close the store and be done with it.

Never have your meds, will close for days and then tell you ya can't have your meds and need a new prescription because it's been over 3 days; even though they were closed (and then tell you it's not their fault and yours for waiting too long) OR since they take so long to get more meds ordered they'll hit you with the same "its been too long need a new prescription" anyways, don't even have needles for said meds, and the FINAL nail in the coffin for me was when I went to get my flu and covid shot here. Appointment was 2:20, waited in line for over 20 minutes, got the the front to be told I have to go to a separate window down, finally let them know I was there, sat down and waited until a little after 3, went back up and ask them how much longer and they said "30 more minutes.". OVER A HOUR WAIT TO GET A FLU AND COVID SHOT.
Meds have been a issue since July now, either getting nothing, only 2 of the 4, and this month ONLY ONE VIAL OF A 4 VIAL MONTHLY PRESCRIPTION. Same meds I've been on since 2022 and never had issues until this July.
Been going to this Walgreens since I was a little kid and it's so sad seeing what's been happening. But I can't deal with it anymore.

Do not go here. Pharmacy no longer open on weekends. Always 10 people in line waiting for prescriptions. There’s always a problem picking up meds. My insurance and doctor will say a medication is covered only to get to this pharmacy and the pharmacy says it’s not. If I fill it at any other Walgreens it’s paid by in insurance. They make me use Goodrx here. They randomly fill medications that are not ordered and you haven’t taken in months. Seriously there’s always an issue or shortage. I have never been able to fill a prescription online and them actually fill it without them not filling it and wanting me to call first. I have one prescription I literally have to call every single month. No matter what me or my doctor does they make me call. Calling this store is the 9th circle of hell. It’s the worst. Prepare to wait on hold for 30 mins to and hour and a half all the while you’re caller #3. Recently they’ve started not picking up at all. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

I want to start by saying that this is not the only Walgreens that this occurs at, but I am a medical professional (RN-BSN); I work for a PCP and I cannot begin to even comprehend working in a pharmacy. Yet, what I do not understand is that I have the option to ID as a prescriber and get placed in a queue. The queue itself is not a problem, but the problem that exists is an automated message tells me, "We're sorry to keep you waiting, but all of our staff are assisting other customers - they're are three callers ahead of you." This sometimes occurs continuously for 45 minutes to an hour; additionally there has been more than one occasion that I have waited this long - only to be hung up on shortly after. How, in the living H.E. double hockey sticks am I supposed to ask a pharmacist a question or inform somebody that a refill exists for a medication when I can't talk to anyone. Now, I do know that I can leave a message, but some medications I cannot simply just leave a message for; even more so when I have an individual who chooses to stay in the office because they don't speak English and want answers as to why. You all shouldn't even have a provider line as an option if I have to wait an extended of time - only to discuss something that will likely take less than five minutes. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE!!!!

not sure what is wrong with this pharmacy , i normally don’t have an issue but now i do. they will cancel your prescription without telling you and ask u to be on hold after waiting 25 mins just to speak to a human…. at this point not enough staff? close it down. cutting hours when it was supposed to be 24/7 really doesn’t help just made things a lot worse. fix the issue.

2 times in 4 days the pharmacy has been closed. I'm transferring every prescription to Kroger's because I can't depend on Walgreens.
Also the pharmacist at Walgreens has a horrible attitude

I was in line yesterday at 12:47 got to the window at 12:57...had to push buzzer twice only to finally be told we are closed for lunch but had a sign on window said closed 1:30 to 6 so why lunch??? Then today I call and they are temporarily closed ..I feel sorry for anyone that needs their medications..
On a normal basis it takes 3 to 5 days to get a prescription filled...I have never ever been to any phamacy ever with this bad service.

worst Walgreens I've ever gotten a prescription from. 3 doctor phone calls and 4 trips there to get a pick up. Closed on a Friday because there was no pharmacist even. The people were not very helpful but at least they were not rude.
Walgreens needs to remember they are a pharmacy... only open 9-6 Monday - Saturday?
