I've been shopping here for several years and always find the experience pleasant. Everyone nice and knowledgeable. So many plants, containers and fountains Oh My ... I love walking around here. Many standard plants and some very unusual ones. My latest walkabout found a beautiful bird bath, aged concrete style - it looks so pretty in my garden.

I have lived in Louisville for 18 years & did not even know about this place. Found it today on Google maps, decided to give it a try & wow! It is the best nursery garden center I have ever seen. I've gone to Home Depot, Lowe's and Frank Otte's & they can't touch what this place offers. Incredible prices, very reasonable & the variety & selection of plants is through the roof. And the staff is amazing, knowledgeable & and so helpful and treat you as if you're the only customer of the day. I was so impressed. Amanda was awesome answering all my questions & offered great suggestions for flowers attracting hummingbirds. All the staff is wonderful &
so polite. I will never shop for gardening needs or plants anywhere else but here. Better quality plants & flowers & Wallitsch matches & beats the big chains prices.

I thought I knew every plant that’s native to Kentucky and surrounding states, but no, I am clueless after going to this nursery. This is a plant lover’s dream. Every plant is beautifully maintained. You can spend awhile in here and say “I am going to buy ONLY one plant” and then you walk away with more plants that your yard needs. It’s a little pricier than Lowe’s or Home Depot but it’s so worth it. You can purchase a unique plant that your neighbors couldn’t purchase at Home Depot or Lowe’s. And show it off to the whole neighborhood. Their selection of annuals (zinnias especially) are some of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I love how some of the plants have ‘native’ on their information tags. This is the perfect place to have people who want to have only native plants in their yard. Being a plant person this is like going to Disneyland. I Love it!

One of my favorite centers in Louisville. They have a wonderful selection across a wide variety of genus/species.
Pro tip: go into the shop and out the other door to see the exotics, orchids, and tropicals.
