If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment for an eye exam for 3pm today. Happened to get there early at 2:45pm and asked if there was any chance I could start early. The ladies told me that the doctor wasn’t there yet. So I told them I would walk around and get some groceries and be back at 3. I come back and the doctor still has not shown up, and the ladies tell me “oh he just left” (who knows from where) and then I sat there for 45 minutes waiting to be seen and he still had not shown. The ladies said to another customer that the doctor was supposed to be in at 1pm and is always late, but “never this late” which I don’t really believe, but whatever. At 3:45pm I left and told them that I wasn’t waiting any longer for an appointment that was supposed to start 45 minutes before that. This place has terrible customer service, the ladies were rude and didn’t care at all that my time was being wasted, along with other customers that were waiting. This doctor is an embarrassment of a human being, who honestly shouldn’t have a job at this point with how he treats his work. I am appalled at the audacity of this place even being open at this point when they aren’t even able to provide a single service because the doctor just doesn’t show up to do his job. Disappointed is an understatement.

Went here and had the worst experience. Went there to get my eyes checked. Wanted new glasses. Told them from the beginning I didn't want contacts. The optometrist was persistent in getting me to wear them. Told me they were different now. Tried on two different pairs and couldn't get them out! .

They have called me twice to reschedule my eye exam saying the doctor wont be in. I will not tolerated their sloppy scheduling and I am taking my business elsewhere.

Staff was helpful, non-commissioned and followed all COVID guidelines. Glasses were 200 dollars cheaper than anything I could find online. Lenses did not have a bunch of add on options. The basic came with everything I needed. Thank you ?

Currently sitting in the waiting room, no one knows where the doctor is or when he will be in. My appointment was at 11:30 and it's currently 12:20... Pretty ridiculous.

The ladies at this center need a serious attitude check. If they can’t check it, they need a new job. They were SO RUDE to the doctor working, I could literally hear them yelling, “No we’re closed,” when he was asking nicely for them to sell me a box of contacts. It would’ve taken 5 minutes. Also!! They closed the eye center 5 minutes early even thought they KNEW I had an appointment at 5:30pm and needed new contact lenses. I called a week ago and 30 minutes prior to my appointment. This doctor went above and beyond to try to get me out in a timely manner and he gave me extra trial contacts for free since these horrible workers refused to sell me any. Visit the doctor, but buy your contacts and glasses elsewhere.

The ladies are knowledgeable but super rude. The shorter, kind of heavy, curly head Caucasian woman told my friend the frames she was trying on "didn't look good on her fat face and made her look like an ugly nerd". Mind you my friend is 5'6" 120 pounds and has a petite build with a small round face. The worker definitely could use a few lessons in,dealing with customers, compliments and better use of the English language and the abundance of adjectives available to her. She's rude and she's rather nasty and unpleasant. The eye doctor is awesome as are the women that work in the actual eye care place in the back. The ladies in the Wal-Mart vision center are NO GOOD and should be retrained & reprimanded immediately (I'd actually replace them). They're terrible!! ALSO, GOOD LUXK GETTING SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE EVER!!! Sat on hold for hours, continuously having to call back as they automatically disconnect after 15 mins of being,on hold.

The problem is not with center, but with ladies who work here. They are always angry and impolite if you go there with a problem of the glasses they make. Especially, the manager of it is never been welcoming, smiling and always says, "OK we will give refund..... you are not happy....! The tone is harsh and says with anger and elevated tone. So sad to say this but I feel it strongly and wish they would treat customer respectfully and listen to their problems.
