They used loc-tite on both my cars oil plugs, removed and never reinstalled oil filter access plates on either vehicle. They also left this plastic they moved hanging down under my wife’s car.

Would never come here. Always go to big O tires that is right down the road. Told us that they wouldn’t work on a tire that had a plug and recommended us to pull the plug so they could work on it. After we did that they waited around an hour to take the vehicle back and then proceeded to tell us that we need a new tire because it was driven off of the bead. They let the vehicle sit for an hour knowing that it was leaking. The lowest the tire was while we drove it was 30 psi.

Went to get all 4 tires changed. Was told it would be an hour. 2 hours later I get a msg saying it's ready, yet I am still standing right here watching as it's not ready. All 4 tires are still off the car 😭. Never again will I come here for my auto service. They didn't even pull my car in until I had been here for an hour, and it just say there will all the tires off of it with NO one touching it for more than 20 mins while the techs were just playing on their phones and chatting back and forth.

Ordered 4 tires online and installation package , upon arrival Walmart Auto Tech advised they were the wrong size tires and they could not be installed on my Van. At that point I had no use for the tires. They told me since it was an in app purchase I had to take the tires with me. I refused because I had no where to put 4 tires if they were not rolling on the van. Also why I opted to dispose of the old ones. After about 1 hour of the managers and auto center doing what they had to do to cancel or return the order they confirmed it was cancelled. I left but later on that night the app said I picked the tires up. I have been back and forth with Walmart and the customer service trying to get my money back. At this point Walmart is not cancelling my order. App says I Picked up my order and I refused. Someone in that auto department has stolen and lied that I picked the order up. Also spoke to the customer service dept. total of 5 different times and 2 told me the return has been issued, 1 csr has said they emailed back office , and another gave me the number to Walmart account review team. I’m temped to take the police up there and make them run the tapes back. These 4 tires are for my Van that my wife drives all 4 of our kids around and I need them to keep them safe. At this point if something were to happen to the van and my family, I will push for Walmart to be held accountable for negligence. I’m willing to take it that far.

I have a Waranty on my battery, Walmart workers refuse to give me a replacement battery after my battery came back bad when they tested. Very disappointed.

Had an appointment at 10am. Showed up 15 min early. No one working in the service bays or at the customer check-in desk, and the doors to go in were locked.

Grocery store not auto center. I wouldn’t trust the auto center due to the grocery store. In store ok I guess as long as you check expiration dates on your food items. Pickup and delivery service is awful. I’ve reported and have been refunded multiple times. Pickup the associates throw your items in the car, very young and disrespectful. Delivery ha! Good luck they delivery to any address and then send you a “good news” text that your items have been delivered. This store needs to meet the same fate as the Hurstbourne Lane and Green Belt Hwy stores… close immediately.

Never answered the phone because they don’t have a phone took my car and the kept it for a few hours just to say they can’t fix my tire then said they tried to call me when they don’t even have a phone
