Walmart policies as usual. That's not always a bad. The only problem I have is the are very friendly but in the last 2 years that I started using the Outerloop location, I've only encountered 3 employees that speak English. I'm not being biased at all about that I just wish they would require more of their employees to speak or learn to speak English so I don't have to flag down multiple employees to get a location for a product that I'm not familiar with it's location (thanks Google translator đ). And as always I will return just because it's Walmart.

I have a theory about this store. If you want good customer service experience, youâll be better served at some other store. They never fail to disappoint.
I did some grocery shopping last night around 8pm. When ready to check out I interrupted cashiers browsing habit on his phone. He was not friendly at all and acted like he couldnât care less if he was there working or not. I check out at register #14(TE14) the OP# 007709 when asking for money back he gave me a very large denomination w/o asking me if it was ok. I told him âWhat am I going to do with this? I donât want this. He tellâs me the drawer is closed and basically âcase closedâ. WT heck? Are you serious? I grabbed it as he held it up wrapped in the receipt and he flips the script and says I didnât have to snatch it out of his hand. Iâm like âso sorry, Iâm not happy.â The attitude of this guy needs adjusting. I hope Mr. Joel (Mgr) talks to this low performing stand in about the underwhelming customer service.
The thing is this store is the closest one to my home. There are Three other large Grocers not too far away who exceed in customer service. Why am I going to your store if the prices are all about the same?

I came in no one could open the glass front for me to get ibprofin. No one spoke english hardly. Worst store ever I'm hurting so bad and Can't even get some medicine rn :,,(

I have to wait more than 15 minutes for somebody to give me access to the area where the deodorant are. I asked for help to 2 diferent people and none of then could help. I asked to one of this person to call the manager she didn't only refused but told me to go and look for him on the floor.
Ridiculous, more than 15 minutes to get help.

Tried to buy printer ink and the only help I could get did not speak English and had to use a translator, which she ask me to speak in and responded to. Not to be mean but sales people should be able to speak English to hold a sales position .. My wife experienced the same problem at the Hillview location and just left because of the language barrier and was able to find the same product at Meijers

I just left this walmart and after walking up and down looking for someone to call someone for customer service so I could return an item. I was unable to find any one to help me. They have 3 people working the self scan and a person at each door checking receipts but no one to work customer service for returns. Blows my mind I won't be coming back to this walmart. Now I have to drive across town to return this at a different walmart. This is the walmart by the Jefferson mall BTW.

After what I saw today, I totally understand why people are starting to hate this store. The real problem is the manager who hires employees that canât even communicate properly in English. They didnât even know how to say â$1.20â, and on top of that, they were rude and disrespectful, assuming customers wouldnât understand what they were saying in Spanish. Well, I understood every word.
