Not to often I get to go to this one . I was in Louisville and needed to blow some time and I was minutes away from here so I went shopping . Lol ! I spent a little more then I probably should had . They had a very clean store and the shelves was stocked ! I found several things there that my Wal-Mart normally don't have . Great selection of items. I will most like stop in again for a shopping trip next time I'm in town again .

Possibly racially profiled.I went in there excited to shop as my long distances bf was coming into town for the first time so I needed to stock up
Yk hygiene products, tank tops, and boxers. I finshed doing all my shopping in the health and beauty section and made my way over to the apparel section where all the boxers and tank tops were locked up that’s fine with me so I press the button-
The response time was pretty quick surprisingly I smiled and said “hello, so I need this 22.98 $ one and this 19.98$ one “ she didn’t return the smile and slowly walked up as if she was worry of me
For reference I am a 19 year old black man who was wearing a black hoodie with a Logo on it and black sweatpants My many years and customer service has taught me to be friendly smile greet, engage I thank so I was friendly with the worker and never ever once Appeared as “Sketchy or ghetto” I conduct myself with respect
So you can guess how shocked I was when the lady tried to usher me to go to a Associate assisted register she repeated herself several times “ so Register seven- So register seven, right-“ Not allowing me to get a word out
I prefer self check So I can bag everything the way I like it I work as a cashier at The Home Depot so I’m not opposed to scanning my old stuff
It seems like every time I come in the store there’s always a problem in apparel. Everybody else throughout the store is extremely sweet and kind and helpful but it’s always apparel. I have an issue with the entire department is rude and disrespectful.

Visited today. Twice I asked for help finding an item, and the response was immediate and helpful. Every associate I passed said hello and was so cheerful. This, in turn, boosted my spirits. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

I now realize why demanding customers prefer Amazon & Costco among others over Walmart. They start closing at 9pm, you can't even get a charging wire for your cell phone, why because they are locked up like Fort Knox & everybody went home so you cannot get one at 9:35 at night I will just leave without buying any of their crap and order from AMAZON, I will get it much faster anyway. Walmart is trash.

My experience is specifically in the pharmacy, pharmacist John was super professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I recently switched over from Walgreens to Walmart and ever since switching over I’ve been treated with such great customer service. I’m never on hold for more than just a couple minutes, my prescriptions are filled in a timely manner and they even called me to make sure my insurance information was correct and I quote “I just want to make sure there is no issues when you come pick up your medication” that surprised me because a lot of pharmacy don’t take the extra time to call patients to verify insurance issues. Thank you Walmart pharmacy for showing other pharmacies around what it looks like to work together as a team to execute care.
