So many things are locked behind glass. I will not be back. I am not waiting 10 mins for 10 different items, I'll just order same day delivery from Amazon or Target. Walmart can shove it. I always feel like I need another shower after walking in this place anyway. It's just such a dirty place.

I am disabled and do quite a few pickup orders from the Standiford Plaza location in Louisville KY. I've had one specific young man that has brought my orders out on multiple occasions. Sadly, with my memory issues, I cannot remember his name. But he brought my order out today, (Patricia Fugate) March 8, around 2pm, so hopefully you can find his name. He is an amazing young man, he's positive, funny, hardworking, and he even takes the time to load my groceries so they won't fly around my trunk. I hope you can figure out who I am talking about because he deserves recognition for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and hard work. Thank you young man, I appreciate you.

Usually have what I need....now if you would just have a couple more registers open that aren't self check out! Don't really like that some things are in glass cases and behind lock & key and have to wait on someone to come unlock it. But I guess that's the world we live in now. But let's still have someone checking my receipt after checking out!

I have been coming to this Walmart for over 3 years. Typically early AM hours and most of the time. I have great experiences at this Walmart. However, today can get my panties in a wad.
I'm asking employee about certain products back in the toys which he was stocking. He told me. Yes, they have five boxes of what i'm looking for but, he said he would not go get them for me special and I would have to wait a couple of hours. Now the thing is what made me so twisted is the fact that he said it with an angry voice in an angry face. So I talked to the manager and you know what she was just as Bad with anger. Really? What, I just finished shoping in food. I had NOT done anything to them. I just walked back to toys. I thought you guys got products in the sale. Them not to p*** the customers off. I talked to my wife and thought. My choices about this walmart have become extremely limited now. Walmart, if you're reading this higher new employees.!!
I'm editing this because it's been 2 months and this location seems to have gotten worse. in the early morning hours they can't seem to make up their mind which registers or quick checkouts should be open. One morning the set will be open at the far left and the next day they open all the self checkouts at the other end so you never know which one will be available when you walk in. The issue is people need to know which registers are available for card only or cash and they keep switching the things back and forth every morning.
Next is the fact that The self checkouts are not labeled cash only or card only, that is a problem I ran into more than once at this location. If it's card only it should be very clearly marked and big bold letters or a sign placed there written by an employee. Now this morning I went to a teller because I knew they could do cash. I was only buying a couple of items that were about $1 each from Toys and yes they were Hot Wheels. That's another complaint I have about this store and the way they handle their toys but I digress. a patiently wait as a tailor checks out the customer in front then I walk up and she rings up my items and I ask her to take cash, she huffs and puffs and says I just opened I'm not kidding huffy and puffy. I had to switch to my card just to please this lady. I respect my elders who older than me but come on You're working a register they're supposed to take cash then take the dang cash... Walmart please read this and respond to this problem.
