Saturday we noticed that our pool had a leak so Monday morning I called Watson in Louisville Kentucky Service department tells me they can’t get too many till July but then I kind of took up on myself and spoke with the manager cause I was very very upset. My pool is leaking. I can’t put water hose Because my water bill would be so high. So I did talk to the manager, Stephen And he talked to the service department and they did get us appointment for Monday the 24th but I was still upset because my pool was leaking really bad i know there busy this time of year and I understood that so go to Watson’s in Elizabethtown Kentucky because we live here, In Vine Grove, Kent, Kentucky One of their employees there named Dalton to charge as soon as I walked in the door and he seen I was upset and course there wasn’t nothing they could do there either so I bought some patches for my pool and we got talking about patching pools and I asked him if he would come out and patch the pool yes ma’am when I get off at 7 o’clock tonight, I’ll be at your house at 7:10. He called me. I gave him the address. He came out here and patch. My pool for me. Didn’t ask for a penny of money, but I took care of him because he took time out of his afternoon to come out here and patch my pool and Watson recognizes young man. I give him a rating of star five or more.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help by a young man. He immediately went and got what we were in need of within minutes of being in the store.

We purchased an outside furniture set for $ 5000+. Wanted it for father day. We were told it would delivered the following week. It’s now 3 weeks later, no furniture. Now we are told probably next week. They are going to get it from another store, which could have been done 3 weeks ago. After we purchased we donated our old furniture so we cannot use our outside area. Not happy. This has been handled poorly.

I've been getting my pool stuff at Watson's of Louisville since the mid 1990s. I never miss pool school sales. They are very helpful when something breaks, or you need anything else.
