The place is in a nice area and the staff was friendly enough today but the food was disgusting and not even close to fresh what an inferior product I was served and the prices are laughable . Dave Thomas is rolling over

Let me set the scene; Jtown, lunch time, Monday afternoon around 1pm, service was awful. The shift manager working that day was very hateful when we came in to pick up 4 mobile orders. We first noticed the attitude when we went through the drive-thru and were told we had to come in to pick up. Once inside, the guy behind the counter was confused as to why we were inside picking up our orders. When we explained why, the shift manager yelled out "IVE GOT THEIR ORDER RIGHT HERE" She said that so hatefully, I instantly got hot and wanted to be just as nasty to her, but I bit my tounge. I wish I got her name, but she was not wearing a name tag, and the cashier was afraid to give it to us. And to top it all off, two of our orders were either wrong or missed an item.

Sitting here waiting to see some kind of staff. They're supposed to be open for breakfast, but every time I try to come to the wendys on blankenbaker no one answers.

I have tried the Blankenbaker location several times over the past month. Every single time we have recieved terrible service. The staff was rude on several occasions. After multiple opportunities over the past month, each time the staff just doesn't seem to want to work. The manager even attempted to help an employee with my order and seemed irritated that I wanted a bacon egg no cheese on an crossaint. I will give our business to another franchise. Plenty around.

Staff somehow simultaneously ignored our presence as the only customers in the building and were incredibly rude and hostile when acknowledging us.Food served was inedibly overly salted.When I tried to ask to have the food replaced or refunded the manager aggressively explained that is “how it should taste”, simply no point in arguing with her, that’s why charge backs exist.Do not waste your time or money on this establishment. This manager should receive some kind of training for customer service or just basic human decency, although based upon other reviews of customers having very similar experiences it is improbable that there will be any change to management style of this establishment. Unfortunately allowing this store to be so poorly managed is detrimental for what was a well regarded chain of restaurants.

Went there around 8:30 pm tonight. The credit card machines didn’t work and there was a very eccentric young tall skinny bald customer who parked in a an illegal handicap spot and kept complaining about salad sizes, but the workers were so incredibly kind and tolerant and the salad sizes were quite impressive.

Both morning and afternoon crew has been so rude to me for no good reason,But especially morning people for some reason. Today was the final straw!I go through the drive-thru, No one greet me or says anything, I say " hello, is anyone there?" After about 3 minutes, then again after 5 minutes. Then I pull around to see if maybe I can order at the window, there's a car parked right at the window, So I go back around, and for the third time but slightly louder I said hello. The lady hopped on the headset and said, "Please don't yell. We'll be with you in a moment" I said sorry. I said hello twice previously with no answer.We have a really large order ahead of you she says, I'm like okay. All you had to do was say that instead of ignoring me.

Ordered my food on the app but when I went to pick it up they had accidentally given it away to someone else. Fine, no big deal, so I order again via the drive thru and then end up waiting for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. I finally get my food and check it and NONE of the things I ordered were in the back. When I told them this wasn't my food they said "oh yeah well, we were out of all of that". So they ran out of fries, said their drink machine wasn't working, and just replaced my food with whatever they felt like and didn't think to ask me or tell me about it. I was just lucky that I checked my bag before leaving. And to top all of that off, they refused to give me a refund because "they can't do that". I've never left a restaurant so angry in my life. Just don't go here. There are 4 other wendy's within 3 miles of this one, go there instead or go to the burger king across the street.

What is wrong with this place? The drive thru was slow to the point of ridiculous. I have been here three times and the drive thru wait is just absurd. I won't be back.

This Wendy's is awesome got my order right quick fresh hot everything I asked for I know it seems weird but it's hard to find that these days I didn't mind what I spent when you get service the way I was just serviced thank

I encountered rude staff at the drive thru. No hello or niceness. Just mean mug you to death. Hopefully they have other employees that are nice but from reading the comments, I doubt it. Avoid this place if you can.
